He bought his patch online from an ex cop named Suat Erkose. Suat Erkose was actually a ex police chief. Emard is known to be a rat. Emard lives a life of lies and falsehoods. The older guy in one of the pictures I posted was Emard's oncle (Ives Murray) who is a rat too. I think Admin deleted the other pics including Emard's pics. Read the whole page of TOM Hermann on FB. Search on google Emard TOM Hermann facebook and you will find the page.
