Jean Hamer is supposedly a LuLaRoe consultant who continuously sells the same item to multiple women, collect the payments, blocks them from social media where the item was purchased and then never sends it to them. She then re-advertises the item the following day and gets a whole new set of victims. If you try to contact her, she blocks you and never responds. All the while she is getting payments on the same item over and over and never shipping it !
