Some years ago Jeff Noyes offered a Warrior Special Offer of use of his Vendor Lock and an annual subscription to his 'Hosting Service'.
I paid him a total of $119.00.
About a week after trying to use his Vendor Lock, I found I was unable to log in. This also applied to his Hosting Service.
I contacted him via email. No response.
I then started sending him a large number of emails at intervals asking for help to log in. No response.
I used, what he laughingly called his 'Support Service' sending a number of tickets. No response.
I left it for a while as I was extremely busy and started to send him emails again. No response.
I then resorted to threats. e.g. I would include his 'scam' in my Newsletter to 4,000 subscribers and he actually responded to an email. By the way, he received all my emails as I had a tracking link in them that confirmed they were received and read.
His reply was that he was sorry and that he was suffering froma 'serious illness' that prevented him doing his work. His email was so full of 'feel sorry for me, it is not my fault' I actually fell for it and believed him.
He offered as compensation a lifetime hosting account and gave me log in details etc. No mention of a refund of the $119.00 paid to him, but I felt sorry for him and accepted his offer.
Two weeks later, and after a lot of uploading etc. on my part, I was again locked out of the Hosting Acccount. I sent him an email. No response. I sent him numerous emails. No response.
But, he even had the bare-faced cheek to send me annual renewal invoices for the Hosting Service.
The latest invoice was received a few weeks ago and I sent him an email (rather rude I must admit) pointing out that I had no intention of paying for a service I have not had. Guess what? No response.
In my opinion, this guy is, in my humble opinion, a habitual liar and a con man. His rebuttal statement cannot be believed, especially about his 400 affiliates (surely a joke?) and the rest of his statement looks to me like the ramblings of a disturbed mind.
Oh, did I mention that he is also continually sending me emails promoting his own and affiliate products even though I have unsubscribed a number of times. The worst kind of marketer.

In response to this rediculas claim....
Ben Magrill is what we call in the business a " SERIAL REFUNDER "
I didn't just send that email to paypal, I send much more.
I sent proof that Mr. Ben Magrill is a con artist.
Someone who thinks it's OK to download digital products,
and then get an instant refund after learning the material taught.
Since the ebook and video package Ben Magrill tried to steal is a digital download,
people ( like me ) that put in long hard hours putting together quality video and ebook
packages are easily ripped off this way.
People like Ben Magrill can claim " I'm not satisfied " and get their money
back through paypal, not thinking about the money he's stealing from the
product creator.
Product creators have families and mortgages and all that,
so stealing from a digital product creator is no different then robbing
a 7-11 store at gunpoint.
To come on here, and post this is just proving how nuts you are,
and how dangerous it would be for anyone to trust you.
I have an excellent reputation, and over 400 affiliates who sell my products
and make money everyday that would laugh in your face for posting such
nonsense.
Bottom line,
EVERYONE KNOWS that paypal is very thorough in any investigation,
and they decided in MY FAVOUR !
I believe that says it ALL to anyone reading your angry BS .
You're just all hyper because this is the first time someone proved you
were downloading multiply products and getting instant refunds for no reason at all.
Have a nice day theif.
You were busted, and now your busted again.
You should apply the methods in the video and ebook you bought,
instead of typing nonsense that no one cares about or believes,
when YOU yourself said that paypal decided in my favour.
You would be making money online like the rest of my happy customers.
Anyways...
Sorry you're such a bitter fool.
I do well because I run a good business.
No amounts of BS you can spew on a website can couter-act that.
But....
It was fun watching you make yourself look even
more rediculas by posting this.
It was quite funny.
