Please do your homework, that's all I can say. Simply reading all of the Yelp! reviews should be enough. Our party traveled all the way from Amsterdam for my friend's wedding in Santa Barbara. The house we saw online was not the house we were booked into. The house we saw online was up high on the mountain with ocean views, the house Jen Gough booked us in was off of a busy road, a dangerous road actually, and the house we were told "still had ocean views"...yeah, across the rooftops.
The house was messy and once she had our money, she didn't give us any customer service. This happened late last summer and my friends who paid for the trip, still have not been reimbursed. And according the the Yelp! reviews, its a common occurance. The only difference is between our experience and others' is Jen Gough wasn't drunk...but maybe if we had seen her, perhaps she would have been.
Yelp! is there for a reason. Use it.
