Jennifer and Troy Wittrock Ridiculous Landlords Chandler, Arizona
Troy and Jennifer Wittrock really need to hire a propery management company to handle the rental properties. This two individuals signed a lease saying the due date for the rent was on the 7th. Yet every first of the month they were at the door trying to collect rent early. They would email, call and harrass there tenant about rent, when it wasn't even due yet. They are sharks because they charged 2 months of rent to move in on top of a month rent for a security deposit. If you rent from them they are extremely pushy and act as if they are your boss once you move into there property. They also are not to be trusted because they will go into your home when your not there. They are not above telling lies on the tenants as well. Upon moving in they had said there previous tenants trashed the place. Now they have filed a report on me, Kenyatta F Rxxx, filed on Feb 24, when I didn't move out until Feb 29. So how would they know what was going on in my home. Not to mention the report is 100% false. They state I had traffic all times of the night, when I actually work at the Airport and get off at 1am every morning. They said I had trash stacked up in there homes, when actually I had my belongings in trash bags to move out cause I ran out of boxes. Not sure where they saw roaches and food, because I definitely don't do roaches. Not even sure why they felt the need to slander my name of rip off report, but to each it's own. And as far as me having a filthy mouth,not sure were that came from, I have never had any verbal or written confrontation witheither of them period.

[email protected] , has requested Eviction. She has not paid, we requested Nicely she leave property. She has gabage stacked up in parts of house. We can not believe this Nice person upon move in, with hugs has turned so nasty. She
has the dirtiest mouth I have ever heard anyone speak. She has 3 children 6 or 8 years old and 13 or15 year old daugther. House smells of pot, next door neighbor cars coming at all times of Days. He believes Drug house.
This woman must be guilty with all her lengthy Rebuttal's. I am one of the landlords trying to garnish wagers as well. I am also in the list below. The more she writes the guiltier she is, watch out Arizona.

This woman cost us $10,000 on rental fee's her lengthy Rebuttal's. I am one of the landlords trying to garnish wages as well. I am also in the list below. The more she writes the guiltier she is, watch out Arizona.

For some reason Jen and Troy Wittrock have made it there mission to defame my character. Apparently there only form of entertainment is to google my name and see what comes up. What is amazing to me is that they think every Kenyatta Riley is me. For some reason they feel that there cannot be more than one Kenyatta Riley, which I know of atleast 7 from facebook alone. This very unhappily married couple has nothing better to do but continue to post inaccurate information on my name. Why would two grown adults utilize there time to continue to post information on the website about me? It's like they are sick in the head and it makes them happy to post nasty information about people on the internet. I haven't interacted with these dummies since Febuary 29th. Here it is April 16th and they are still fixated on me. I'm starting to believe they are infatuated with me??? They are acting like an ex lover who needs special attention. I would suggest them to go get some marriage as well as pyschological counseling, because they obviously need to be redirected.
