To whom it may concern,
My name is Bryce Walker and I am the President of Advanced CRM Solutions.
My company first encountered Jessica and DVB through a mutual client (Auto Center of Texas). She was providing marketing services and we were providing CRM admin, training and support.
We had a respectful vendor to vendor relationship for some time.
My partner and I wanted to start a marketing wing to our company, and we found out the Jessica was going to close her business. At the time we were not aware of any unpaid debts, or judgements against her and had no reason not to trust her. She explained that she wanted to focus more on missionary work and real estate. (Now it seems she was trying to escape her debts)
We agreed to take ownership of her branding and some digital assets (not the actual company) that we would use as a DBA under our Advanced CRM Solutions LLC.
Since then, we have been pursued by creditors for her debts and we have now found this report regarding the judgement against her, which currently redirects to our website and is surely costing us business.
I just want to make it clear, that we are a completely different business that is currently being hurt financially by this report.
If possible, I would like to be able to amend this report to show that the brand has been acquired by new owners and Jessica is not an owner, employee, or contractor of Advanced CRM Solutions or its DBA Drop Visionary Branding.
