Jessica is the owner of Now Productions. She says shes the hiring manager but that's not true. She's defensive rude and always threating which can make our jobs as PSO's even more stressful. I worked really hard for this company. I did over 1,200 plus minutes and was never paid.

The 1 time I complained about the breakdown of my minutes she sent me a barrage of emails saying I should work at "Wendy's" as if that a bad thing and never paid me for my minutes. She changes her phone number often and bad mouths other companies.

She really isn't a good employer, a good person and her work ethic is crude. Just because we are PSO's we shouldn't be treated like trash. Stay away from her she will make your life miserable and she spits venom from that mouth of hers if you are an employee or another company.

I work with the company this person is maligning. We know who she is but will not list her full name dispite her attempts to harm our reputation. We verified her IP address so we are 100% confident we are talking about the correct person.

Her name is "Aimee" and she was employed for a very short period of time with us. During that time we had constant problems with her inability to stay logged on for an entire shift as well as regularly missing calls. She was simply unable to work when required and the decision was made to terminate her employement.

When someone works for less than two weeks and does not adhere to our TOS they are paid at a lower pay rate. This is very common among all companies and if you do not want to be paid at a lesser rate, all you need to do is follow the rules. It's actually very simple, however, when people like Aimee break the rules, they often times feel that they should not have to adhere to the TOS that they agreed to upon being hired.

They also feel the need to stretch the truth in thier accounting as she has done here. She did not accumulate 1200 minutes , far far from it. We have many people working for us and it is very easy to figure out who the troublemakers are since we have so few people who are disatisfied. Our PSOs tend to stay on with us long term and are making excellent money.

Sadly, we can not make everyone happy and there will always be those that feel the need to lash out for reasons that have very little to do with us. We are very fair and unfortunately, that is not the case with every person we hire on.
