Jesus Rodriguez R N R Fabrication LLC RnR Fabrication 250cc chopper RIP OFF THIEF Belleville New Jersey
On Wednesday, October 25, 2006 9:43 PM I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Trenton N.J.
My complaint number is: 4379299 and I contracted R n R Fabrication to build a 250cc custom motorcycle for $10,000.00. I paid $5000.00 up front as an initial price to start the build. A further $2500.00 was to be paid when the bike went to paint and the remainder was to be paid on completion. I have a signed contract for the build and it was to take a total of 8 weeks to completion. The contract commenced approximately early November 2005. When I discussed the bike and how I wanted it to be built with Mr. Jesus Rodriguez, he assured me that he was competent bike builder and bulding this bike would not be a problem. Due to my own likes I told Mr. Rodriguez I have purchased my own wheels and front forks. I had them shipped to his Belleville New Jersey shop. By January 1st 2006 he was in possession of the motorcycle parts that I purchased separately. As time went by I requested to have pictures sent via email showing the progress of the bike. These very pictures of the unfinished bike are now posted on his website The High polished wheels (not shown in the pictures) have a retail value of $2000.00 and the forks $1000.00. With every attempt to get some definite date of completion Mr. Rodriguez would always push it back. In June he programmed my number into his phones, he claimed so he would answer when I called because international numbers register as "unknown" on a caller ID unless programmed in. Well I have not been able to reach him at all and in the last 2 years almost gave up until a friend of mine told me of your website. Initially I wanted the bike built by him or my money and parts back. But right now I just dont want anyone else falling for any lies this guy and his business shells out. I have lost faith in this gentleman.
