 I am reporting this online store because of lack of service that I got. Firstly they delayed the production process. Secondly, they shipped my order on 27 April, but my order has not arrived yet. The tracking number that they gave to me give the information that my order has left Jamaica on 1 May. I am not getting any response from the store about this problem. Finally, if my order has lost I want a full refund.

 Jeweleryudesign.com has already solved the problem. I took a full refund of my order, and if the package has not lost during the USPS internationql shipping , I may still get my order. I understand that the website has no fault on the shipping process. I am glad everything is solved. Thank you
