Joanna Spiess and Terrie Freeman are crooks i worked on a loan with them last year and they stole my commissions on the deal. I was supposed to get a check from them for over 75,000 and never saw it. Hope they had fun with it because i lost my house and my family. I cant believe how i was suckered into there business practices i should have checked them out first. Dont even think of doing business with this company or giving them ten cents. I wish i never met them i am no longer in the business thanks to them..

My firm and my employees are commercial brokers and never ask or take upfront fees. This is something only lenders ask for when you present themselves as a "direct" lender. Please call me if you think this is true and I will be more than happy to return all money that was sent directly to my firm. You have my number if this is a true statement.
