I got an estimate from jiffy lube for an oil change and wiper blades 60.00 about. I went in and got my it done and the total costs were 93.86 and the mng was unavaible to talk. I went home and when i got my bank statement i had been charged twice for 93.86 so a total of about 200.00 for an oil change. I took in the statement and my invoice and htey said that their records dint show the same and blew me off. I tried again and they said they would keep a copy of my bank statement and try and contact their corp office. I have tried to get them to at least take off the secound charge and have had no luck I would at least like the dbl charge to come off. i have a copy of invoice and bank statement if needed.

I don't how you paid them with check, credit card or online debit? If check or debit>>If JL fail to resove the translation, check with the bank. Sometime the bank can reverse the charge. Make sure you bring the invoice, online receipt from JL if using online and your bank statement to the bank. For credit card, call your credit card company (local bank will not handle this). Note: you need online receipt from JL [the one you sign](you need this for ID# transfer code) if not using check. Sometime the clearninghouse run double of same check by mistake. Bank can reverse this. Good luck I had my once time before at gas station. It triple charge. I call gas station reginal office and they remove two charge ($20.00 each). No question. Noted: all three charge was done in within 15 second at gas station. I think the casher forgot to hit the keys to end the translation before the third time. I did check my online statement daily. This is how I found this problem that same day.

Dispute it with your bank.

You should be able to get the dispute settled quickly when they notice that it was submitted twice. Or it will drop off when the merchant batches their transactions.
