Excuse my intrusion... but what is an "oil tank" I know cars have gas tanks... Ohhhh!! you mean your engine... That kind of absent minded finger flicking your doing to your keyboard won't allow anyone in their right mind to take a second glance at your post. I can already see you have no idea what your talking about. Quick question... have you looked at the back of your receipt? It says right on there (in english) that if you take it somewhere else your warranty is voided. You blew it... By the way, I signed up for this website just seconds ago, simply and solely to laugh at you.

some vehicles are *really* easy to work on. I have a 4CL Toyota Camry, and you would have to be a total retard to not be able to change its oil, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, etc. 30 minutes would be enough for everything. This thing is so easy to work on, it is criminal to repair shops. Of course I also have a Ford F150 4X4 here, and I would have to really hate you to convince you to work on it. I change its oil, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs, etc. but then I love gross challenges. My point: See if you can do the work yourself. DIY will give you better oil & filter for the same money and you avoid these nasty surprises. Some people have lost their engine using those cheapie places. Otherwise, find a good quality shop on car talk .com recommended mechanics list.

..so to speak. Get competent, accurate and comple documentation from the mechanic and call JL's home office. Demand a refund. They are going to ask you to fax the documentation to them. Be persistant. I did all of the above and was refunded the amount I was out. Good luck.
