Complaint Review: Jiffy Lube - Peoria Arizona

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!! They stole my I-pod right from my center console. Upon driving in I turned my I-pod off and stored it in my center console (I was not thinking and obviously should have taken it with me...dumb move I know). I recently downloaded a stopwatch application for my phone so I was timing them from when I got out of my car. After the 49 minute wait while the 3 idiots that work there talked, smoked a cigarette and all 3 worked on the same car(??). My car was done with a simple oil change(by the way there was only one truck in front of mine that finished within 7 minutes of me pulling in). Upon opening my car to drive away I immediately realized that my I-pod was stolen. The cord that attached to the I-pod was slung over into my passenger seat (these idiots did not even try to hide the fact they stole it!). I instantly asked "where is my I-pod?" and received "huh...what?" from the head idiot CJ (I am sure if I would have asked him where the closest burger king was the fatso would have known instantly). I immediately called the Peoria Police. They showed up 22 minutes later (again using my stop watch). So the thief had ample time to hide the I-pod. CJ the assistant manager stated to the police that he brought each person working into his office individually and also searched each persons car himself in the hopes of recovering my I-pod. THIS WAS A 100% LIE!!! The second my I-pod was stolen I watched them like a hawk and stood by of each of their cars (making sure none of them went to them to hide the evidence), so how could he have searched each car without walking past me??? Boy are these guys shady! The police interviewed each employee working and one stated that he saw the I-pod in my center console when he drove the car in. He even stated exactly where I had the I-pod and even said he saw me turn it off before I exited the vehicle. The police searched one guys car who seemed very nervous and whos eyes watered while being interviewed (guilty anyone?). Of course it was not in there(there are a million places to hide a little I-pod in their store, especially when they have over an hour to do so). CJ (the tub of lard tattooed assistant manager) of course said he would search the store as well, which he half heartedly did(this means nothing...let me remind you that this is the same guy who also lied to the police about searching employees cars for my I-pod).

All in all the police were unable to find any real clues so my I-pod is long gone. I know it sounds clich but I really do feel violated and cannot believe there are people so vapid and lacking of moral character that still have jobs in this economy.

If this experience has taught me anything it is that I will never go to any Jiffy Lube again and will recommend this to every single person I know. I work at the University of Phoenix so I deal with hundreds of people each day (Jiffy Lube is not going to be happy with me!) I am also posting this review in my breakroom - where 3500 employees will see it highlighted. I also went out to a party last night and must have told 30 people, several of them have similar stories (to varying degrees) involving the filth Jiffy Lube employs. PLEASE DO NOT USE LOCATION!!!! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!!!
