When I googled www.jillroe.com to check out the website of the photographer I recently used to have my children's portraits done, I was SHOCKED to see this negative post about the company. I cannot stress enough that the experience I had was the exact opposite of the complaint I read.
Our photographer (Jill) was on-time, very professional yet friendly, put my kids at ease, and didn't rush us one bit (as a mom of 3 who is used to the stress of regular portrait studios that rush u & provide you with mediocre, "posed" shots at best), I greatly appreciated this! She came to the location of my choice, took the time to take tons of pic's, providing me and my husband w/so many great shots, it was hard to pick!
Her unique approach to photography was refreshing.
I will surely be calling her in the future to set up another photo shoot (from viewing her website, I'm anxious for outside "fall" pic's!). She is priced reasonably too:)
I normally never take the time to write reviews (positive or negative), but given the great job Jill did for our family's photo shoot, I felt obligated to.
I think sometimes unfortunate things happen in life & business, but I can't imagine that this company should get a bad "rap" from one photo shoot gone bad:( I am in no way downsizing the complaint from "Jillian in Voorhees" who is clearly upset w/her experience, but I felt I had to share mine.
In short, give PhotosByJill a chance for your next photo shoot.
