First, let me explain something to you.  I paid what the tank was worth.  You came down from your ridiculous $4.500 to $1,700 because you LIED that the tank appraises for $26,000 (good one) and that it had RECENTLY been featured on the TV show "Tanked".  Pretty tricky, since the show was cancelled years ago.  You accepted my offer...if you really think you were ripped off, then what does that say about you for accepting it?

Second...POF?  I picked up on you?  Silly little man.  First of all, I don't even remember you.  At all.  Let's be realistic here, Joe...you're not in my league.  I don't date red-neck ex-con's.  Especially ones with a felony record of violence against women.  As far as my weight, how shallow can you be?  Weight doesn't dertermine a person's value.  And I say that as a woman who has been blessed with being a size 4 to 6 until an accident I was in over this past Christmas.  I developed severe nerve damage and was put on Nuerontin...which causes weight gain. Since you're so concerned about my weight, I'll reassure you, I will lose it soon.  Now, what's you're excuse?  You are supposedly even going through chemo (ya right) and your carry around a 9 month preganacy of triplets and touting a bloated, alcoholoic, goldfish face.  Everytime you hauled your excess weight off the floor while attempting to install the sump, you're poor body was forced to pass gas....and the plunber's crack?  Please do something about that.  Look in the mirror sweetie...time has not been kind.  You posted my pic above.  I am posting yours below.  No way will anyone believe I would even contemplate dating you. 

The deal we struck was I was to pay you $1,700 and you were to deliver, set-up, and maintain the tank for 6 months.  I was to give you $1,000 up front (which I did), and pay the rest off in 3 weeks.  I posted a pic of the tank I bought and the tank you delivered after it had been broken down for over 24 hours.  A FEW coral died?  Sheriff Joe should arrest you agin for marine animal abuse.  You wiped out the entire tank!  You killed ALL the coral, the yellow tang, the hippo tang, a wrasse, a sea urchin, 2 anenomes, 2 shrimp, feather dusters, snails, crabs, etc.  It takes a pretty twisted mind to put all that time into a tank and then butcher it the way you did.  The tank crashed. 

As far as me getting divorced?  Lied...to get you OUT of my house!  You would not leave.  You seemed pretty d**n interested in me and it creeped me out.  I knew about your criminal record, so I told you I was going through a nasty divorce from a cop who was very possesive of me and did drive by's.  You responded exactly how I knew you would.  Your comment, "I HATE pigs!  They can all F**K OFF and Die!"  Then you ran from my house like a scared bunny who pissed himself.  I will say I put you together perfectly on that one. That was the only con I pulled on you, and that was merely for the safety of my own well-being, as well as, my childrens'.

Next, you say I made negative comments about my business partner.  Not even going to address it, he knows you're a con.  I will take this opportunity to say that after knowing me for 2 days, you told me what a "Stupid WH*RE B**ch your ex gf is because she wouldn't let you keep the tank at her house since the lovely you was getting court-ordered evicted from your rental.  Yes, Joe...bestill my heart.  You are my dream man. PLease...

Now, I have to laugh at this one.  Josef did homework?  From what I read online, you didn't even graduate from high school.  You can't even write a complete sentence.  What homeowrk did you do, exactly?  Interesting that, according to you, I'm selling all these lemons and have a 5 STAR Dealer Rating and an A with the BBB.  What about your biusinesses Joe?  Oh, I forgot...F's with the BBB and rip off reports that you can't even count on your chubby fingers.  Even News Channel 3 on your Side just did a news report on you for your many cimes and the $1,600 you stole from that poor woman by writing her a bad check.

The water containers you accused me of stealing?  Anyone can call the manger of Aqua Touch.  I called them to tell them I had the containers you stole and they were so grateful.  The manager said we want to cut off all ties from Josef Yarmus and refuse to do buisness with him.  He even warned me about your less than stellar behavior.

Let's get down to the facts and where this deal blew sky high.  You refused to come maintain the tank or even finish setting it up.  I had to call in soemone to help salvage your abuse.  Then you resurfaced 2 days later and said you were finally going to bring over the rest of the equipment that I bought.  I'm not supposed to pay you again for 3 weeks, but I felt sorry for you because you're so hated that you are now homeless, so I went ahead and gave you another $100.  Let's do the math.  Keep up if you can.  $1,700 minus my initial $1,000, and then my other $100 does not equal your $825 you say I still owe.  Einstein you're not.  Now's where it gets ugly.  You call me the next day and say you're moving to San Diego and you have the rest of my stuff.  I ask you to drop it off before you leave and wish you a safe trip. I even went to my bank and got the balance of the money for you. Yes, I was going to pay you early and forget about the 6 months of maintenace you promised.  All I wanted was the rest of the equipment you said you had, and the replacement coral and fish you promised me, and you would have been paid in full THAT DAY. I didn't burn you, you burned yourself with all of your lies.

Now, the infamous Josef threats begin.  First threat: You claimed to have already filed a civil suit on me and told me I will be served that day.  Next threat: your cousin or someone works at News Channel 10 and is going to slander my business.  I called your weak and ridiculous bluffs, so you try to extort more money from me by threatening if I don't pay you, you will slander my business.  I won't be bullied by you.  You're a joke.  You will never see another dime from me.  You did not deliver all items I bought, You murdered all the live inhabitants (big word for you...look it up), and you backed out on the set-up and maintaince of the tank for 6 months (which totals $600 alone).  Slander away Josef...you made a complete a*s out of yourself, once again.

I'm including your pretty mug shot along with your rap sheet.  You lost.  Suck it up. The ethical car dealer just blew you out of the water.  In your case, swamp.  I stand behind my business and the cars I sell and my online reputation goes without saying.
