Complaint Review: Jim and Regina Topham - Orange Park Fl

So often we look at reports and you wonder why anyone would post such a thing, for example disfigured babies or worse, it is disturbing, I don’t care to see it or understand the point in posting it. But it’s the author’s choice so what I would ask is you look at the following pictures and ask yourself, how anyone could live in these conditions, especially when they appear to be smart and clean as well as articulate. How could anyone move in to a clean well maintained home, under the ruse of buying it over the next 12 years???? Now how can you rationalize living in these conditions, the answer there is NO rationalization or excuses period.

To my family and face book friends please take the time and read this. I am writing this with no great joy, and this will for sure alienate me from the, for mentioned, but this already happened years ago. I know a lot of you are saying how can you, post this on the internet after looking at the pictures, you will know why.

 So as we all know the largest purchase we will make in our lives is the purchase of a new home. So I just read on face book about my wife’s daughter Regina and Jim buying their new home. But that is not the whole story, and by posting it up on face book about buying their new home, is a slap in their mothers face.  So here is the rest of the story as Paul Harvey used to say.

So Regina and Jim congratulations on living in your mother’s home for 12 years or longer, I am not surprised you both are not dead from mold and or bitten by the rats, over the last 12 years you never were making the full mortgage payments during this 12 year period. So Hip Hip Hooray, Congratulations are in for Regina and Jim on the purchase of their new home.

The pictures of your new house are nice; the first thing I that caught my eye was how high the yard grass is?  So I am thinking, dam who is going to cut that grass, look at how well they cut the back yard in their mothers once beautiful home. (See pictures)  Now hold that thought.

 I look at this clean home its very nice, when your mother married me 12 years ago the current house you lived in was just as beautiful, with a neat manicured yard, a in ground pool, solar heat panels on the roof,  new washer and dryer, new dish washer. The house today would probably have sold for over 150K. Not the estimated value of less than 70K.

You lived in this home over 12 years, NEVER made a full house payment till this July and August and only at the request of your mother’s sister. I guess that allowed you to save up for your new home ?. The first thing to go was the Pool the liner leaked, you said you did not have money to fix it your mom told you to keep water in it, your response was I work all day, so who would that leave??. HMMMMM maybe Jim your husband.

 So you both were too lazy to keep it full, till you could  afford to have it repaired,  since you were buying this home, instead so you let it collapse and we had to have two  dump trucks fill it in.

Then the Hot water heater went out, you never replaced that. , (see pictures)

 The solar panels leaked you let that go,  totally destroying the garage ceiling, (see pictures).

 Cabinet kitchen doors rotting off.  (See pictures).

 Then you brought in 5 cats or more, the exact number does not matter, and I forgot a ferret. Installed two huge bird gages in the living room, Had them for years in the house, they EXCRETED in the corners of every room, (see the pictures).

Ruining carpet bleeding through and staining the concrete, ( see pictures).

The whole hose reekes of cat piss, and you lived and ate in it.

 You quit inviting family and friends over 8 years ago, because you and Jim have ruined your mother’s once beautiful home, and it stunk from the cats, ferrets and birds.

The central AC went out so you installed window units and burnt the house wiring up, let it drain in the walls ruining them and the base boards. (See pictures).

 During the last five years you both have been working making good money??  So did you repair this house at all NO.? I have never seen so much filth in a lived in house not even in the slums Regina.

You and Jim called your mother on July 31 and read her the riot act, blaming her for not fixing the AC or coming over every day to keep the pool filled or get a ladder and remove the leaking solar panels, or coming over and cutting the grass or cleaning the hose daily as any person does on a dailey schedule. Then you started on her for fixing up our home that is clean immaculate and well maintained, that’s what home owners and or renters do.

All the time completely ignoring the facts, you never moped or cleaned, (see pictures) never cut the grass or maintained the yard or the house in 12 years. You were forced to live in the front bedroom ignoring the whole house as documented from the pictures MOLD FILTH IN EVERY CORNER, (see pictures) a dead Rat on the floor. Roaches feces everywhere and you just ignored it. We sent an AC contractor over to the house and he refused to return till the house was cleaned.

You told your mother you never signed a renters agreement, do you have any idea what a renter would do to you for doing this to their property????

Then you started talking about me saying we spent money on a garage in my back yard when I got so sick in 2014/2015 and closed my business after 25 years. Then you complained about your mom spending savings on our home, what about your vacations and trips to Disney world?? You two are truly CARTOONS! And belong in Disney world.

Prior to this YOU GAVE us $3500.00 to help us and yes it was never repaid, it was not a loan it was a gift, and taking the words from you, I did not sign a loan agreement, so deduct that from the $30.0000 in damages you have done to the home you were to buy, and oh yes let’s not forget the statement to your mom that you NEVER signed a renters agreement, Jesus what a card you are, so when I heard that.

 I texted your dear husband and said I would post all these pictures on face book, and boy did that get your attention, you  immediately called and made  threats of posting about my business on face book, well dear, I will do it for you I am 65 old, I had a business and it failed and yes I failed many customers, and I will pay for that when I face God, as you both will for verbally abusing your mother. Nothing anything you two can say or do can hurt me.

So dear Regina and Jim post away, and every one of your friends and family, will see your true colors. Blaming me and your mother for living in unhealthy conditions destroying a once clean home and trying to blame all of this on us. And completely ignoring facts and the proof of all statements posted here, the pictures tell the entire story.

Your dear husband Jim would not EVEN get off his severely over weight a*s and cut the grass or maintain the bushes and lawn. Your mom’s sister Lisa was here in March and your niece and as in past years and could not even come in the house, and did not want to.

 I can see dog s**t from the living room I can see bird cages in the living room with the birds in it, since you moved out this week, July 14th. I have not posted this till you are clear of the house, your mom thinks it will be cleaned up, I know better and I also know if this is the way you treated her beautiful home your pristine house will be the same in another 12 years.

So you have lived in a pig squalor for years destroying your mother’s home, your mother has always treated you and loved you, so Regina how in God’s name could you do this to her or any one you rented from, you were allowed to move in here and buy the house not destroy it.  You told your mother  weeks ago you were moving out, so my question is who is going to pay the 30K in damages, oh I forgot it needs a roof add 10 K more. Look at what your husband did to the hot water heater. (See pictures) 

The house will have to be gutted, the entire house rewired new carpet and appliance new window screens, new roof new ac unit new hot water heater, and on and on. The house you lived in is squalor, a literal PIG STYE.

 This truly says a lot about your character and personal hygiene.  

If you truly were a good daughter you would have borrowed the money and gave that to your mother, so she does not have to do a short sale or file bankruptcy on her once well maintained home. She could have made a profit and used that money for her much well deserved retirement.

She is too distraught to speak up, I was never shy, and by my posting this, I guess we won’t be friends any more, I don’t think we have ever been for many years,  since we asked you to watch our home many years ago for two weeks??? Only to come home find dog s**t in the house the pool low on water and the pump burnt up. Now I know why, it is the way you live. I went off on both of you and you never came around for years, and I am made out to be the bad person. POOP ON BOTH OF YOU.

And you stole your mothers dining room table and two china cabinets and other antiques, you so far have ignored your moms texts, we will seek council and I will post this all over the internet so SUE me for telling the TRUTH that’s not slander Regina and Jimbo.

Regina what you did was uncalled for,  there are no excuses.

If I was your mother you would be excluded from her will, and consider a lawsuit, any jury looking at these pictures would find in favor with your mother, I am encouraging her to excommunicate you,  and if I pass before your mother there is a stipulation in my will that if she should pass,  none of my assets will fall in your hands. After hearing her sobbing today at the site of these pictures, you make me sick, your both are degenerates and dysfunctional.
