Jimmy Council arrested our friend for assault of a police officer in April 2012. On audio/video it shows my friend not resisting at all, with his hands in the air. Jimmy Council slams him while my friends hands are in the air and during that process he skinned his elbow. He then on audio/video rubs his elbow on the hood my friend's truck and said he was going to charge him with assault and that he now has the evidene. He then filed a false police report...he has harassed my friend and his family by sitting outside their home in his car, he wants them to take a plea deal but he will not because it is wrong to admit to something he didn't do.

By posting what you have said instead of just taking it to the leagal system you have inturupied this mans family's lives.. This is a good cop and he comes from a good family. Not everything is as it seems to be. There had to be a reason your friend was pulled over in the first place. There was a reason there were so many officers on the scene of the arrest.
