I have purchased a 2010 Toyota Prius from Joe Myers in 2013. Within 30 minutes I have to bring the car back due to the fact passenger headlight was not bright enough. Upon inspection they found the headlamp was melted and needed to be replaced. Not sure how they can sell a car with a safety item like this and pass their inspection.

They replaced the headlamp the next week.

I'm still having issues with the headlight going out and have taken the car back numerous times. At times both lights will go out and that create a safety problem. Joe Myers seems to not worry about it. From the last visit in October 25, 2014 I show them there is a TSB from Toyota describing my problem and the wire hardness needs to be replaced.

Joe Myers is unwilling to help. From speaking to Service Manager Micah Baalbergen who was very unprofessional and even used car manager Mike Goober wont call back. Upon review in service history, the past owner complain about the same problem describing his headlights go out every month. I reported the problem I was having directly to Toyota who said they will investigate and someone from the dealer will contact me which never happen. I have been force to filed a former complain with BBB. I will provide service records as proof of the outgoing problem upon request.



Joe Myers Toyota needs to stand behind their repair and fix the issue with this car that should have been fixed the first time. I'm very afraid of driving the car at night.
