Hiring Joe Winpisinger was a horrible mistake! I hired Joe Winpisinger out of Mt Myers, Florida to do some lead generation for my real estate business. He previously owned Phone Lunatics and has built a very positive reputation for cold calling and other lead generation services. Because of his positive reviews, I was under the impression that he did business honestly. I would have never imagined the horror. During our call, Joe Winpisinger was very abrasive, direct and business focused. He required me to send payment via facebook due to his bad experiences with agent chargebacks (red flag). I did so not knowing that I would never receive the services purchased nor my money back. Everything was going okay until he found me on Facebook and from that moment he became extremely unprofessional. At first, I humored him in hope that he would just deliver and not give trouble unit he began scaring me with prank calls from other Florida numbers pretending to be prospective clients. Which for a female in real estate is extremely scary. He denied the calls were him until I sent a formal email demanding that he stop harassing me in which he apologizes. After prolonging to delivering on the services I paid for, I demanded a refund. He agreed. He then threatened to contact my Broker and real estate commissioner and create trouble in which I recorded him to protect myself because it became apparent that he is crazy. He has yet to refund me for the services never rendered. I am leaving this review in hopes that no one else becomes a victim on Joe Winpisinger, Phone Lunatics. Please save yourself the time. Do not hire him it's 50% he will deliver.

Joe Winpisinger who is now going by Michael Winpisinger has put more effort into begging me to remove the rip-off report then into simply resolving the issue. HE HAS EVEN REACH OUT TO MY BROKER which accomplished absolutely nothing but reaffirmed that I have a ligament harassment case.
He is continuing to harass me via email and text message and refuses to refund me or honor our agreement which implied via written email of his started date back on June 18, 2018.
He has yet to deliver on anything! No appointment, no lead generation. He has admitted to not even attempting to honor our agreements.
He threatens to sue me which would be to his disadvantage because I am the victim of not only being scammed but also harassed directly and indirectly by Mr. Winpisinger. I have given Mr. Winpisinger ample opportunity to refund me or respond to my request.

I plan on marrying the girl we talked about and have no interest in talking with women that I have had issues with. Whether those issues are my fault or not.
I honestly would rather give you the appointments than money. You will make some money. Let me know by email or let George know. I am honestly sorry I scared you. I am a clown and joke around too much sometimes.

Do whatever you want. If it is not taken down no refund. Today is last day. My lawyer will contact you in a few weeks. It's coming down anyway. Just a matter of when. I am done. Be prepared to be sued. Promise. Not a threat. I apologize but you took this too far." I do not plan on responding. Those of you that are considering hiring him please know that even the people who have hired him have described him as interesting and unpredictable. He to has admitted to crossing the line professionally, and joking too much. I will continue to copy and paste all future email in my rip-off report update.
