Ordered a Sony 4K 65" TV, which first took 22 days to deliver rather than the 5-7 represented at the time of purchase.  I had to continually call to find out the status and got a different answer each time.  Not once did they return a call when promised.  Once delivered, the TV was defective and had to be returned.  They refused to refund my money after several requests (at this point almost a full month after the product was ordered).  They instead insisted they would arrange pick up by FedEx, but after waiting on the 3 hour window they gave me three days in a row, I finally had to borrow a friend's truck to take the TV to a FedEx drop off center. Not once in almost 20 calls did they follow through or do what they said they would do.  I again requested a refund and was refused.  They finally shipped another TV which took another 13 days, which upon opening was missing necessary parts to install the base and did not have a remote (which leads me to believe I received a refurbished TV represented as new).  After 5 more calls over the next 3 days (and again, no return call when they committed to do so), I finally received a partial package of screws and a remote with no batteries (necessitating futher trips to the store to purchase what should have been included in a new TV). I repeatedly requested a refund throughout the ordeal so that I could obtain the TV elsewhere within 2 days.  Each time they refused.  Seven and a half weeks after ordering and being charged for the TV I finally have one that works, but still have not confidence that it is not refurbished.  At 50 years old I have learned a very valuable lesson about saving a few bucks online, and I can honestly say I've never had a worse buying experience as an adult.  I'd have more confidence paying for a TV on Canal Street off the back of a truck.
