Ordered TV on 13 March 2016; received a call to tell me I should have ordered a more expensive one; I declined. Was told then that since I ordered a "Chinese" TV, it would take 28 days to get to me. Okay. After 28 days, contacted Joe's AV. Was told that the TV was shipped to me and would be another 2 weeks. Two weeks later, contacted them again. Told to wait another week for the shipping company to contact me to schedule delivery. In a week contacted them again, asking for shipping confirmation number. Was told they do not provide them. When I insisted, they said they needed 48 hours to get the number from the carrier. Contacted them in 48 hours, they said they didn't have it and would call me when they did. Contacted them several days later, and was transferred to someone's voicemail. No one ever calls me back. When I call these days, I am told the TV is "stuck in customs." yet there is no shipping confirmation number still. At this point, it has been nearly over two months since I ordered the TV for March madness (it's almost Memorial Day). I cannot order one from elsewhere since mine is apparently to be delivered any second now... for the past month.
