Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I recievd a judgment on Russell Satow for 750 dollars, for writing a bad check to my moving company. So I send these two bozos out there and they strike up a payment arrangement with the guy! He pays them 100 bucks. He tell them he is selling his house, and will be out in 3 months, and that he will pay me off in 4 weeks. Im a realtor too so I run a check on the property, and he doesnt own it. His landlord is selling the place and escrow closes in 1 week. I try to tell it to these men, and they get ticked at me! They say he will pay and that " I believe him" Sure enough, escrow closes, the guy skips town, and Im out 600 bucks I'll never see. They were supposed to go collect the money, or property. What loser cops! I have a lot of respect for police in general, speciall for MCSO and Joe Arpaio, but these are the dumbest cops I've ever seen.

Call me to make arrangements.  I do resent the remark about pocketing money on your judgment.  All documents and monies received was photocopied and entered on paper at the court.  Any judgment awarded to either party is good for 5 (five) years and can be renewed.

I am also upset that Mr. Satow got away and avoided the warrant and your judgment.

I will help you get the judgment money owed to you but you have to lay off the name calling and false accusations.

DIME SHORT AND A YEAR OR TWO LATE-

Youre a day late and a dime short in trying to clean this up- Im sure you know a civil judgement is only good for a year- I posted this report about 6 months to a year after you let the guy skip-trusting in your words! I never heard a word from you till now! here are the facts> You knew the guy was going to skip he was all packed up when you showed up! He told you he was selling his home! I looked it up on the MLS and told you he didnt own the home, and that it was scheduled to close in a week! I told you this! You didnt bother to get his new address or even follow up on the matter! You told me if he does bail you have PI and skip tracing friends that could locate him in a heartbeat-then when I called to follow up a month or so later you got mad-saying these things take time! Id have expected such crappy work from a Surprise, Mesa or Peoria cop, but MCSO? Ive always wondered about this case, I wondered if you took money from the guy and let him bail, or did he simply make a fool out of you- I really dont think your that rotton, so I hope it is the latter-  Anyway this thing is 2 years old, Ive moved on-so is any confidence I ever had in cops- I get better results doing things my way-One more thing- Im not buying the guy didnt have any personal property- My moving company loaded a 26'truck nearly full of stuff- The fact is you didnt want to fool with it- I could have came down there in my moving truck under your supervision and that would have been the end of it-

Also put your money where your mouth is- If Im wrong, and the situation is still active- and you get me my 650 bucks- Ill write a retraction- I love to see wrongs made right-Hey Ill even post a picture of the cashiers check! AND Ill create a YouTUBE video with a personal thank you-and retraction statement! IF you present evedince the money came from this POS Russell Satow

 Good luck sir

I am the Deputy that attempted to seize property on a writ of execution to collect on a judgment on a Russell Satow.  Satow did not have any personal property to seize at the time of execution.  I made a payment arrangment with Satow who initially paid $100.  Satow moved and avoided me and the Constable.  We had a warrant issued for Satow and I spent hours working on that case but he was not able to be found.  Satow did not have any bills nor rental information in his name.  The warrant was not executed because Satow did avoid arrest by moving with no forwarding address and no employment information to find him.

Due to Maricopa County budget issues, I was laid off June of 2008 and could not continue working the case.  On Aug/2009, I was reinstated and was assigned in the East Valley.

Although I am disappointed at the Plaintiff for the name calling and outragous remarks, if the Plaintiff would like to pursue this case, I would make time to track down Satow and collect on the previous judgment with interest.  I have better resources now to assist in finding subjects with warrants.  But, the Plaintiff needs to realize that people are protected by laws and at the time of the original execution order, I could not seize property that was protected under law.  There was not enough personal property at that time to seize and hold an auction.

If the Plaintiff would like to call me or email, please do so.
