COMPLAINT GOINE BAD!!!!!! (COMPLAINT)

BAD SERVICE, LOUSY WAITERS (2) IN A BUSY RESTRAUNT. BAD DRIED OUT FOOD LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THERE WEBSITE! (THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO THERE)!!!!!!!
I CONTACTED JOEYS RESTRAUNT A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS ABOUT A WEEK AGO REGARING A COMPLAINT ABOUT THERE UPLAND LOCATION. THEY HAVE (2) LOCATIONS. THEY WERE AND ARE EWXTREMLY PROFESSIONAL. I AM AN ON GOING CUSTOMER THAT HAS BEEN COMING TO THERE LOCATIONS FOR OVER 25 YEARS. THE MANAGER OF CHINO TOLD ME THAT I WOULD GET A FULL REFUND. I LOOKED FOR MY RECIEPT TO ASSIST THEM. I COULD NOT LOCATE IT SO I CALLED THEM BACK AND ASKED THEM TO LOOK UP THE CHECK. THIS WAS AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS TO BOTH RESTRAUNTS. ITS BEEN TWO WEEK AND TODAY THE OWNER CALLED ME AND HE THERATENED ME. WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I WAS MAKING A COMPLAINT WITH MY LOCAL CITY MANAGER HE THEN SAID THAT HE WAS GOING TO CALLTHE POLICE ON ME FOR SEXUAL HARRASEMENT? HE IS TRYING O EXTORT ME THIS 90 YEAR OLD MAN OWNER.HE ALSO MADE UP LIES REGARDNG MY VISIT THE VISIT WAS PLEAANT AND I HAD NO INNER ACTION WITH STAFF UNTIL AFTER I LEFT. THEY LIED AND SAID THINGS THAT WERE UNTRUE IM CONTACTTING LAW EMFORMCEMNET REGARDING THAT. WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS DOES THAT???? I WAS RECORDING HIM SO IM SENDING THAT TO THE MEDIA. IVE REPORTEDTHERE BUSINESS TO MANY PLACES WHERE IT WILL MATTER. DONT EAT THERE!!!
THERE FOOD AND SERVICE SUCK.

So let me guess, since YOU couldn't find the receipt THEY couldn't give you a refund on an imagined slight so THEY must be a horrible business. I hate to say this but ANY complaint you MAY have had has been destroyed by your spite online. The web is a media outlet, as such YOU are under the very same laws that EVERY media publication MUST follow or risk fines and lawsuits. YOU have presented YOUR OPINIONS as FACT!! That IS illegal. SO just pray THEY don't see your post because a good lawyer will have you in court and paying. YOU THINK YOU ARE SAFE ONLINE!!!! That is as far from the truth as it can get. All it takes is a court order and THEY will have all the proof they need to take you to court. Everything from your IP address to your physical location. It ALWAYS amazes me that people like YOU act this way online. YOU wouldn't act this way at a physical location and Im 100% sure that you act this way on the phone. What YOU are doing is NOT protected by your first amendment rights, so YOU need to be careful. Also in case you did not know this, most states support the BUSINESS OWNER!!! Which means YOUR imagined slight is going to mean NOTHING to them. Since YOU by your own words cant find your receipt, HOW can you expect them to just give you free money with ZERO proof that YOU purchased ANYTHING??? Perhaps YOU should take care of your receipts better instead of blaming the business for YOUR PROBLEM!!!! THEY are human beings JUST LIKE YOU!!! And YOU do not have the right to be abusive in ANY WAY!!! They are not paid enough to put up with YOU!! YOU need to learn your place!! YOU are NOT so important that THEY have to give you your way JUST because YOU SAY SO!!! Get over it and move on. YOU are a nasty person who treats others like crap because YOU don't get your way. THAT is NOT how an adult is supposed to act!!! Perhaps YOU need to grow the hell up because its obvious that the way YOU are doing things just isn't working for you. Heres a thought, instead of being a d**k....just don't shop there.
