Bell Baker offers a location which provides easy access to the Ottawa courthouse. But in my view, they ought not to be practicising Family Law. Bell Baker totally lacks a moral conscience. My observation applies to Mr. John Summers in particular. How does this man look at himself in the mirror? Rather than seeking to alleviate the sensitivity of a family dispute, having taken your money they seem to get some sort of high feeding off the negative energy they inflict.
