I do not see how the owner of John Moore is allowed to be a chairman for the BBB. If they are not members of the BBB, then why hasn't the BBB filed suit against John Moore Services. John Moore SAYS they have taken care of the problem, but isn't that excuse all too familiar? It seems like The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation should be looking at companies like this that are obviously victimizing the public at the expense of a technician. If it were suchan isolated case, then why does the company have the reputation that it does? It does not come from a single event. There is probably 1 complaint for every 1000 dissatisfied customers.

I work for another company and know of John Moore. I have also wondered about their giant BBB logo on their vehicles so i looked them up on the BBB website and have also found that they are not accredited by the BBB. Shady i think. Dont know why they can advertise the BBB when they clearly are not. Thats why im going on my own so i can do honest work. Im one of the lowest paid techs at my company and often get called out in our sales meetings but i dont care. If a customer dont need something im not gonna beat them into buying. At peace with myself and i sleep with a good conscience

I just read the rebuttal to my report. As of today as the homeowner and owner of the AC I have not heard one word from them. This is the first time I have heard that they have tried to help and done everything. They have done absolutely nothing at all, not even a phone call to ask, nothing. The only people who did anything is the people who finally came and fixed my AC, Changing Seasons. It is really infuriating that they told this tale that I am now going to complain to the AG of Texas and find recourse there.
