I just found out this guys name and was told how and what to do to get the word out about this liar and cheat. A while back this attorney sends a guy to my door. The gentleman identified himself as a police officer and not an officer of the court. Then he conveniently flashes a gun. I don't know if it was meant for me to see but he sure never tried to conceal it.
He tells me and my family that he is looking for my neighbor. I was led to believe that I was living next to a serial killer or rapist that they were hunting for. I even called the phone number that the man had left.
Then I found out months later having caused a big commotion that it was a process server and not a police officer and that it was to serve papers for a stupid and dishonest lawsuit for defamation of character. So from what I have learned about this guy, he is a liar, loser and very dishonest. Even though it was someone he hired, I now see that he works with thugs.
This low-life should never practice law again. It just goes to show you that anyone can be a lawyer. If you know this low-life we are sending his name and info out viral, Twitter, Facebook, or just email. Please pass it on and post on this site about your experiences. We know that there are numerous victims out there.

Kirk H**** of Troy Michigan loses not ONE but TWO def/slander suits in Macomb County and his wife is next. This disastrous duo does nothing but cause problems. Neither one of them can be trusted. Kimberly H****lies to the courts, and Kirk H**** has now put her and her family in the middle of his poor behavior, lies and schemes. This loser dead beat father is over $7000.00 behind on his child support, has a criminal record a mile long and for some reason thinks its okay to talk about others, their brother, their spouse and their families.
You will be show caused back to the F.O.C again in the future Mr. H**** so bring your check book and or the two people you have been using as a personal cash cow your whole life...Your parents. Not only has Mr. H**** avoided responsibility here but he has also avoided it in many other places. This guy can't hold a job to save his life....just ask any past employer, he can't pay his bills......just ask any of the 4 attorneys he's had in the last 6 years. Walter Czechowski, Erica Cicchelli, Marc Kollar or Clifford Chadwick. He has been dropped like a hot potatoe by ALL of them!!! One of them who shall remain nameless literally dropped his a*s b/c he claimed he could no longer defend this Man that lied about his innocense since day one.
He has recently been in jail which is on Google as well when he was held in contempt of court for failure to take care of his child. He tried to cut a deal with his parents money of $700.00 when his ex-wife Lisa said 'No, I'll take my chances in court' This wasn't about the $ with her it was about the fact that no amount was worth having this loser, his wife who now holds 3 chins and his parents who have had nothing to do with their grandson over this loser being told by a Judge what an idiot he really is!!!
Judge Yokich exclaimed in the court room not once, not twice but 3 times how 'PATHETIC' he was in the way he cared for the needs of his child. The best part would have been to see what his 'mommy' had to say when asking the judge if she could say something and she was told to sit down and shut up!
Stop with all your lies Mr. H****! Stop talking about others, get your crap together and you may find some purpose in your pathetic life!!
