"We have a GREAT program" is how he will usually start his speech. Then he and his partners Mark and Tim will hire a bunch of brokers to advertise their product. And then the brokers will take the hit when it turns out it is all a scam. They do this so their reputation isn't hurt, while brokers trying to make a living end up out of house and home get screwed in the long run. No more games, Jon, I gave you a million chances to prove me wrong and you failed.

Whoever is the author of this report needs to please call me because you seem to be upset about something that I need to be aware of. I'm not sure who Mark is that you are talking about but Tim was guy that worked with me as a broker for a Company called BFI Credit. We helped clients get business credit and never had any issues with unhappy clients. Can you please contact me at the same number I have always had so we can discuss what happened and i can try to make it right.

I too was scammed by Jon Caldwell. I paid Jon $1,000 upfront for the transfer of a corporation to my name. The broker I worked with name is Mike Ragans of No FICO Corps. They are both liars and scam artists. DO NOT work with them.
They offered a NO PG program to help people with bad credit get funding using a business credit score (Paydex) instead of a personal credit score. They never EVER produced anything. I recently found out the program was shut down 5 days after I paid my money and they never told me because they wanted to keep my money.
When I would email Mike Ragans to ask him about the status of the program, he would tell me "oh it is going to take another 2 to 3 weeks for the tradelines to post". Basically he was lying because the program was shut down completely. He continued to string me along so I would not be able to do a chargeback through PayPal after 60 days. Thus him and Jon Caldwell would be able to pocket my money without providing a service.
I finally did a chargeback through my bank and initially got my money back but this Jon Caldwell character will not release my money. He is trying to keep it! Can you believe this creep wants something for nothing!
After doing tons of online research I realize that the following people are in some type of scam ring:

Do not go near HIM! JON CALDWELL strung me along for 5 months. It took me 2 months to get my money back (that's only because i paid by Visa and i made a successful claim.)
Do not go near him!!! He is absolutely a scam.

He is the reason my company went out of business! Made all sorts of promises to me for my clients, things he could perform, and then when he couldn't, he disappeared and the blame went completely to me. He never performs, and has a track record of scam companies he and his partner TIM in Colorado run across the country. And now HE IS RUNNING!!!
