Jonas Paul Eyewear Never received my order or a response from the company. Grand Rapids Michigan

I placed an order for their $1 frame try ons over three weeks ago. I paid extra for shipping for a total of $13.99 and have still not received frames or a response to the email I sent this to this so called company.

I’d rate the service but there isn’t any. Stick to Zenni, this place is a trash scam.
