They did they same thing to me also they have a way about them to talk you into things. They got me for over $7000 if you've had any luck in any way getting your money back let me know Thanks

Through some slick investigation I got ahold of the attorney who was suppose to handle my case--he said that the judge had set it aside. I asked what that meant and he said that the debtor was sueing us and had filed a complaint. He said that he had talked with JSA and faxed the ruling to them 4 months prior to our conversation. JSA had never contacted us regarding this. We never knew we were being sued in a cross complaint so we were not able to appear in court! What makes it worse was just a few days before talking to this attorney JSA called and said they had a judgement on the case and needed $650.00 to levy the account and it would be reimbursed to us along with the $8700.00. What a bunch of liars! They now say it was a mix-up in communication and are refunding our money but want us to know that this is not an admission of guilt or wrong doing on their part. Yeah, right!! Just give me my money and I will hope and pray they are quickly put out of business as it seems this is what is underway. Good luck to you!

I get angry every time I read another account of how this company works. It is like it is happening to me all over again. You can clearly see by all the claims that this is a true scam operation with little intent to honor their responsiblities. I have not heard anything good about this company. If some people have had success it looks like there would be letters defending them. Heather Green, Brenda Powers, Tiffany, Sharon Payne, and I can't recall the others names but have kept them documented, all need to be fired. I hope they can not go into the collection area again. My husband called at one point to speak to someone and got the attorney Randy Chang who was retained to try and resolve all the complaints against JSA..He seems to be right up their alley--just a little more educated so presents himself more professional but still tries to cover up for JSA actions. No amount of talk can explain away their actions or aggressions. I will help you in any way I can--contact this site for my email.

Call the Ventura County District Attorney's Office, Special prosecutions unit: they are doing a great job with these folks!!!
