Complaint Review: Jowen Sapiano - Palmdale California

Jowen Sapiano should have easily findable records from way more than a decade ago. I worked with him in the early 90s, and his modus operandi is still the same. He's a braggart, full of himself, and a con artist. He was bragging then about having a brother that was an Oakland Raider (to which a friend was saying, "That's B.S.!" I believe that is his only degree is a BS degree. He's on linkedin.com as having a Stanford degree in Fishing.

I google him every now and then (for the past 15-20 years) and consistently find that he's ripped off people for day trading schemes, fishing/scuba trips (which I would believe as he lived on his "yacht" when I worked with him.

The last time I looked him up he was supposedly doing sex trafficking in Costa Rica.

I wouldn't trust him with anything. The only thing he needs are prayers that he might find direction in his highly imagined life.

How can a guy this important not show up on any records until less than a decade ago? And, by the way, Not show up on ANY record currently indicating ANY of the involvement with great things mentioned by both his critics and supporters herein?

I investigate guys like this for a living. What I find remarkable is a lack of information on a 43 year old guy. He and Stephanie bought a house in 2005 that does not befit $52,000.00 a week but it isn't a mobile home either. Usually hucksters leave a pretty wide trail. So far as military claims go, I used to come up from Coronado to Port Hueneme. I was TAD with EOD 19 and our diving was done off the channel islands and had no civilians what so ever. Maybe yes, maybe no he trained some of my team mates but I doubt it. I suspect he writes a check with his mouth that his a** can't cover. I will will look further into the matter.
