JT Packard JTPACKARD / POWER PLUS UTILITY UNINTERRUPTABLE POWER SUPPLY SERVICE IS A SCAM COMPANY Verona Wisconsin
This company signed a national contract with our company a year ago. They say thay provide the same service as the factory and have experienced, trained techs and do not use sub-contractors....they lie. I recieved a guy fresh off the farm. He spoke poor english (i don't even know if he was a citizen) and even told me he had only been working on the systems for a few months. He said he was a Grow Your Own FE. He told me my CRAC unit (computer room air conditioning) and generator were also being serviced by sub-contractors. This is not what the contract I signed stated. No wonder the contract was cheaper than the factory....they don't pay for good techs, they can charge less. Not only the fact that the tech was inexperienced, but the company does not even hold a license in the states they are performing the electrical work. WHAT A SHODY COMPANY. They were just aquired by another looser company (Power Plus). The tech said the company was going down the toilet...fast. OH...the dummy tech also dropped my data center.
To summerize...no experience, no licensure, no qualifications and dropped my data center....you guys SUCK!!!!!! Do not let these loosers in your facility. You get what you pay for.......
