This maniac called my house eight times in one night even when told not to call back. He behaved in a threatening manner and called my sister a crack-h*o when she was on the phone.

He is obviously unstable and incapable of conducting business like a professional. I have two other witnesses. He is an Ameriplan broker and never answered one of the e mails that I sent him regarding the business. Instead he called and woke everyone else in the house up. I am filing criminal charges against him. I will ammend this report with additional web addresses.

I guess what you say is true.Noone at Ameriplan told me this cause they didn't answer any of my e mails ever.One thing that you said was definately not true though. "Do you really think I care about ripoffreport.com?Everyone and their mother has been reported to them."Remember that statement?Why would you come back to rebutt something so old if you were not concerned.Your original actions were deplorable.So don't expect me to come back and sing your praises.I told everyone that I received my refund.Those were the facts.Many people do not even do this after filing a rip-off report.Anyway,I knew that you would come back to rebutt this report.If you say that is why I got a full refund I guess I'll believe you.The fact that I got a full refund does not excuse the way you treated me and others on the telephone.Or would you like me to copy and paste some of your e mails after the incident where you use profanity and call my brother in law a jerk.I can include full headers that clearly show that you sent it.An no,there is no way for me to alter an e mail after in is received.So I think we'll leave this as it is.

Joeseph Why dont you tell the whole story? You know very well that you were only intitled to get your money back for the broker kit, $40.00. The only reason that you got all of your money back was because I went to bat for you and pulled strings at Corprate. If i had not gone to bat for you joeseph you would have only gotten $40.00 back and legally there would have been nothing else for you to do. They have issued me a full refund to my credit card. Nonetheless they never replied to my e mails either. The most important thing is that I got my refund though the lack of response raises some questions.

I not only reported Jud Morris to the W OAG but forwarded several e mails to Ameriplan.One of wich he refers to my room-mate as a jerk.They,not unlike him did not respond to complaints.He only started answering e mails when I told him that I had reported him to ROR.I have all sent e mails saved in a seperate folder so that he cannot say thet I never contacted him. He also responded after I reported him to an e mail telling him not to contact me through any media. His respose in this e mail was that he would call me to straiten everything out. What part of do not contact me by any media do you think he did not understand?Seems pretty strait forward to me. So good luck with your brokerage C.

Oh I've done this I've done that. So what. I have copies of all of the e mails in my sent box. No matter what your position in the company is you still called my sister a crack-h*o and also told the owner of this house and phone line f**k you when he told you that I didn't want to talk to you. I saved the e mail were you refered to him as a jerk. If I had buyers remorse then all I would have to do is get my money back. I don't see an explanation for your behavior. Maybe I'll just send the insulting e mails to ROR to post. With your header intact. I forwarded some of these to Ameriplan including the one where he states he will call me again,after I asked him not to.I can only assume that he has been spoken to and Ameriplan has taken steps.If so thank you Ameriplan. But this kind of individual makes it impossible for me to work for you. I have refused the packet via UPS and expect a prompt refund.

My name is Jud Morris. I am an Independent Business owner and a Senior Regional Sales Director with AmeriPlan USA. I have been in business for 2 years now. I am a Two time Ace Broker award winner, I am alumni of The prestiges 2006 Leaders of tomorrow conference, And I have been the #1 Broker recruiter 2 months in a row. And was featured on the cover of AmeriPlans Company news letter SpotLight On The Stars In September of 2005. I first talked with Joseph on June 8th 2006. Joseph had recieved an email from my auto responder and requested information on working from home as an IBO with AmeriPlan USA. I made contact with joseph on the same day he requested the information. I spoke with joseph for 27 minutes. That is how long it takes me to go through my script. My script by the way, never changes. I use the same one written by one of the National Vice Presidents in our company and I stick to that script ver batem. Joseph is an impulse buyer he wanted to enroll before I could even finish the script. I had to slow him down and tell him that I wanted him well informed before he made a decision. By the end of the conversation Joseph enrolled as an IBO. I got him on the phone right away with my up line to get his training started and plugged his information into my training auto responder right away. So that he would start recieving a year long email training campaign the next day. After Josephs enrollment. I told him right away that in order to be successfull with this company he had to do certain things. I gave him several home work assignments. #1 Go through his web sites and get himself familar with them. Then call me when he had done so. I never heard from him! #2 Make a list of all the people he had ever known in his life so that together we could let everyone he knows know that he is in business for himself. Then call me when that was done. I never heard from him! #3 Buy a white board and call me when he had so I could give him instructions on how to set it up. I never heard from him! I gave him all the phone numbers he needed to call in to our national training and recruiting calls. and told him to call into these calls often. I am on these calls every night. I never heard him check into one of them! Most important I told him to call me daily. In fact i told him to call me two or three times a day! As many times as he needed to get his business off to a good start. I never got a single call from Joseph. As for not responding to Joseph's emails, If I had recieved an email from Joseph I would have called him on the phone right away. I always respond to my business partners. especially when they are new! Joseph did not write any emails to me. If he did, he did not send them to my email address! Joseph never called me as he was instructed to! Joseph did nothing he was told to do in order to be successful with this company. I did call Joseph last night after recieving the first correspondence from Joseph since enrolling him as an IBO. His correspondance was a reply to one of my training emails from my auto responder. In that corrispondance he informed me simply that he had disputed his $95.00 enrollment fee on his credit card and stated that I was a Liar. I was dumbfounded and called his home to find out what the problem was. There was obviously some kind of misunderstanding. When I called his home I heard a sound as if someone had picked up the phone then horrible static. I hung up and tried again and got the same. I think I called back 4, maybe 5 times. Each time I got nothing but static until on the last call I got a man who called himself Mr. Burke and claimed to be the owner of the house. He told me to never call his house again. I told him that I was Joseph's busineass partner and had legitamate business with joseph. He again told me not to call his house and if I did he would file charges against me. He then hung up. I did not call back again. I never spoke with any woman and I certainly never called anyone a crack h*o!!! Joseph obviously has buyers remorse. he was looking for a get rich quick scheme. One that he could continue to lay around on his coach for and let it happen all by itsself. when he realized that this business requires that four letter word WORK he decided to get mean and nasty to get his $95.00 enrollment fee back. All he had to do in the first place was say that he changed his mind. I do not hard sell anyone on this business and I certainly do not want anyone on my team who does not want to work. I want people on my team who want this to work as bad as I do!!!He did however do the right thing in not accepting delivery of his broker kit. This way he will be assured under AmeriPlan's policy to recieve his money back for the cost of the broker kit. I am very sorry that this was not what Joseph was looking for. I do hope that he finds his get rich quick scheme out there. In the future Joseph, When you get buyers remorse just say I made a mistake.
