Judge Ana Escobar, General Sessions Court, Davidson County, TN - JUDICIAL MISCONDUCT, Incompetent, Bias, Unfair, Inappropriate Behavior - Nashville Tennessee

Judge Ana Escobar violated the 'Code of Judicial Conduct'.

During a recent case concerning a retaliatory 'Order of Protection' (OP), she failed to look at evidence from the actual victim. and sided with the perpetrator of the initial crimes from the beginning. She coached the perpetrator to pursue a retaliatory OP, which she granted, even though the initial victim brought plenty of evidence, and a witness, that the perpetrator was lying, and had committed perjury numerous times already, in that same court. She encouraged the perpetrator, a known Sociopath, to move forward with the hearing and commit another act of perjury, even though he did not want to (He knew he could not win with the evidence that I brought). She ignored the evidence I (the victim) brought and awarded the perpetrator an OP against the individual that he attacked.

Furthermore, the judge made comments about a different case that was none of her business. She told me that I needed to work with my assailant and allow him to come to my home and get his 'stuff', even though he has no legal right to do that (which the assailant admitted that day in court).

In addition, the assailant admitted he had broken his order of protection (he had been stalking me), but the judge did nothing about that.

It was obvious from the beginning that the judge was siding with the perpetrator. The perpetrator (a millionaire) had bragged in the past that he could bribe a judge. Maybe he bribed Judge Ana Escobar.

The General Sessions Court is Hypocritical and Contradicting by admitting that I am a victim of the assailant, and then months later, saying that the assailant is the victim and that I attacked him. This is Hypocrisy, an injustice, a failure of our legal system, a failure to keep our community safe from violent, MENTALLY ILL, criminals.

Judge Ana Escobar is incompetent and should be removed from her position. I visited the clerks office several times and mentioned her inappropriate conduct to employees in the clerk's office and they were very surprised that she awarded a retaliatory order of protection against me.

Their comments each time were, 'Well, she's new here.' What exactly does that imply? Does the county not appoint qualified judges? Are judges expected to 'learn on the job'? Does the county appoint people to be 'trained on the job'? We need a qualified judge!!!
