Judge Joan Brown in Philadelphia County Court (Common Pleas) system, broke the law on May 23rd 2006 and May 24th 2006.

On May 24th, I had a continued expungement hearing from April 18th 2006 to May 24th by Judge Berry Jr.

Without service or notice, May 23rd, my case was DISPOSED by another Judge Joan Brown. She put in motion #006002538 to dipose my hearing without a bill of indictment or information.

I did not know this until May 24th. When I arrived at court I had been told by my attorney that my hearing was the day before and NOW I was no longer in front of Judge Berry, I was in front of Judge Joan Brown.

In an UNSCHEDULED hearing in front of Judge Joan Brown on May 24th, I was cited for contempt and thrown in jail.

While in jail, my family recieved the records and found that the Judge who heared this unscheduled hearing was the one that decided to dispose the case one day earlier (the 23rd) without service.

How was I in jail for contempt on an unscheduled hearing the 24th case she tried and disposed the day before on the 23rd?

I can not get my records nor is there an explanation of this crooked Judges notions from May 23rd or May 24th.

No one has records of any kind.

I have paid for records with reciepts, yet no records.

This Motion # 006002538 was entered by this Judge Joan Brown, but I can not seem to get this information. The motion is there, but the information is not.

Isn't this a violation of the freedom of information act?

I have already written the office of the inspector general.

Expungment is my right, yet it was also denied by Judge Joan Brown.
