Update february 20, 2018, Greeley Colorado - Evidence obtained by hartmannconspiracy.com proves Judge Michele Meyer Weld County Court Presiding Judge, is implicated in a years-long criminal conspiracy to conceal, aid, abet, and compound multiple felony acts perpetrated by Weld County District Court Chief Judge James Hartmann.
Weld County District Court Chief Judge James Hartmann stands accused in a wage claim scheme, launched by (now defunct) Longmont, CO based marble & granite countertop fabrication company Dream Stone, Inc., and their criminally complicit attorney, Daniel T. Goodwin.
Longmont, CO homeowner, Craig Buckley, had filed a lawsuit in the Weld County District Court, seeking an award of accrued wages due at the time of his termination of employment. Broomfield, CO attorney, Daniel T. Goodwin, on behalf of the employers, swore simultaneously before both the Weld County District Court, and the Colorado Division of Labor, that neither had jurisdiction over Buckley's wage claim, because the matter was before the other: constituting Class 4 felony Attempt to Influence A Public Servant.
Resultantly, Weld County District Court Chief Judge James Hartmann, with extreme malice, illegally stripped Buckley (in violation of C.R.S. 8-4-110(2) of the Colorado wage Act) of both the Due Process Right, and all evidence necessary to prosecute his wage claim. Although Judge James Hartmann's rulings were VOID, pursuant U.S.C.A. Const. Amends. 5, 14, James Hartmann perceived he dismissed Buckley's case with prejudice, awarding in excess of $20,000.00 to Buckley's former employers: yes, the employers who owed Buckley in excess of $3000.00 for accrued wages, penalties, interest, and web design fees. Daniel T. Goodwin had also falsely sworn before the Colorado Division of Labor that Buckley was not entitled to his award of accrued wages, because he had not worked for Dream Stone, Inc. for a full year, as was their policy. Daniel T. Goodwin, in criminal conspiracy with Congressman (Fmr. Weld County DA) Ken Buck, then proceeded to destroy the time cards which proved Buckley's continuous, uninterrupted term of employment of 26 months with Dream Stone, Inc.
Daniel T. Goodwin, presently of The Law Offices of Daniel T. Goodwin, 10901 W 120th Ave #350, Broomfield, CO 80021, immediately filed liens on Buckley's Longmont, CO home for the attorneys' fees the employer was fraudulently awarded in the civil action.
Buckley built two websites immediately following the malicious verdict: weldcountycorruption.com, and corruptkenbuck.com exposing Weld County District Court Chief Judge James Hartmann, and Congressman Ken Buck's nefarious involvement in the criminal scheme.
Shortly thereafter, Buckley fired several angrily worded emails to the former employers, demanding they remove the liens, obtained by fraud, from his home. Buckley was immediately jailed on a single charge of Class 3 Misdemeanor harassment by Weld County Authorities, and held on, get this, A $20,000.00 BOND. MALICE? You bet.
Longmont, CO Police detectives later admitted to Buckley that standard procedure for M3 harassment is simply to issue the alleged offender a citation to appear in Court.
During a Temporary Restraining Order hearing before Weld County Court Judge John Briggs, the employers admitted to the Class 4 Felony of Attempt to Influence a Public Servant, testifying that they swore simultaneously before both the Weld County District Court, and the Colorado Division of Labor, that neither had jurisdiction over Buckley's wage claim, because the matter was before the other!
Buckley stood trial before,Weld County District Court Chief Judge James Hartmann's subordinate, staggeringly corrupt Judge Michele Meyer on the single Class 3 Misdemeanor count. In retaliation for the two websites Buckley had built, Congressman Ken Buck appointed TWO FELONY PROSECUTORS, to prosecute this single Class 3 Misdemeanor case.
