Julian Duong Pacific Capital Leasing They approved me for a business loan 109000 but never funded they kept my first and last down payment never sent me the contract to sign! Santa Ana California
They aproved my business for $109,000 loan that never funded plus they never sent the actual contract and kept the first and last down payment I requested a refund and writing and Julian Duong sent me an email stating he would refund my money in three working days but that was a lie he kept it now I had to get a lawyer to see if he can help me!!this is a crooked bunch of people don't let them scam you I learned that the hard way!!

I was almost just scammed by the same person. because of this post, I was not, and i'll be filing a police report in the morning. I'd like to offer you something for your helpful words, if unfortunate story, to the tune of his phone number, addess and license plate number. Julian Duong lives at (((REDACTED))), Anaheim, CA. he drives a black porsche panamera license plate 6uee709, and his cell phone number is (((REDACTED))). he also uses a conneticuit license #(((REDACTED))) with an address of (((REDACTED))) hardford, ct 06110.
