Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

DO NOT BUY!! If you found their ads on craigslist IGNORE THEM!! They have a hand full of decent looking appliances. The rest are garbage looking. I bought fridge for over $500 looked decent in the warehouse and nice. He charged over $500 "including tax"(but wrote no tax on the receipt.....next contact is the tax department you are being turned in Julius!!)) Got the fridge delivered. The delivery person comes in a tiny truck slides the fridge down to the dolly lets it fall down onto the dolly (no care what so ever) he got an attitude because he was getting irritated the water was not coming out and slammed the fridge into the wall, after he left i notice it chipped my base board.... Thanks loser! Oh and the fridge was so disgusting and dirty had mold in the ice dispenser it was unbelievable TAKE A MINUTE AND CLEAN YOUR STUFF BEFORE SELLING IT.

I get it hooked up to the water spout and the freaking ice maker is not working. It is making it but wont dispense it. Two days later we realize the problem it was missing a piece that helped turn the wheel inside to let the ice out. So we call on Sunday of course the lady says no one can help that day have to wait for a call back. We call Monday the rude lady that answers Cindy said oh just come pick up the part, when my husband said no you need to deliver it I can't just take off work...... She gave him attitude and became rude and said she would call back later after speaking with the owner.... 3 Hours later no call he calls back She says they will mail the part are you FING kidding me??? The d**n contract says within 10 days someone will come out if its not working where the hell does it say we have to wait while you mail the part because your too lazy to fix a problem that YOU OBVIOUSLY DID NOT TEST because had you tested the fridge you would of clearly seen it wasn't working properly. So my husband had to end up going to pick up the part because this loser company refused to comply with the contract!!

SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT SHOP THIS BUSINESS.

Good afternoon,

As a small business we are focused on providing used items in the best conditions possible at a reasonable price. We do our best to meet the norms and requirements of our customers. Our appliances are tested thoroughly. Everything is doubled checked before delivery.  Minor things may happen and that’s why we offer 90 day warranty on parts and labor. The problem with this particular costumer was the ice maker bin. Everything cools, makes ice, it just didn’t dispense the ice. When Richard came to the shop he was asking for $100 to be refunded to him. He wanted the icemaker bin delivered to him that day and at that time it was impossible. The only person I had in my shop was Sindy. As a company I need to always have someone there during business hours. We offered to mail it to them but he refuse to come about it that route. We never denied replacing the ice bin. We have a schedule to take care of and it would be unfortunate to change another customer’s appointment. They wouldn’t like that to be done to them.

We do charge tax and normally we break the amount. The employee that made the invoice on 10/27/13 happened to be new. And she is no longer with the company.

When he left the shop he once again asked for $100 or he was going to report us to all the possible online to ruin our reputation.  He is taking advantage and asked for money not to report. Our philosophy as a company is providing total customer satisfaction.   My company along with Ripoff can both agree that we need to do everything to keep the customer happy. But at this point we believe his request was unreasonable and I took it more of a bribery or sabotage.  We regret these unfortunate circumstances but we do appreciate your business.

We would greatly appreciate any input or suggestions from Ripoff.

Thank you,

Fabian Gonzalez
