This company is brand new and operates exactly like the BBB travel club scams report reads.

They use bogus travel bribes "8/7 day caribbean CRUISE and Airline tickets"to get people to come and look at their overpriced version of a "Saveon Resorts" travel club franchisee.

I found out that not a single Cruise or airline ticket has ever been booked from their marketing companies who promised these FREE vacations! And thousand of these have been mailed out in Minnasotta, Kentucky, Indiana and now North Carolina.

The package only cost $99.00 to enroll new members directly through SAVEON but these guys and gals are charging people anywhere from $9000 down to $500 for the same thing.

It turns out that Ales Hernandez has been ripping US residents for 5 years with a timeshare resale company who operates exactly like the resale companies descibes as con artist by the BBB.

It looks like white collar crime at its worst. I found 75 related complaints for the company Timeshare Solutions, owned and operated by the same owners of Jumpers Travel Club.

These guys are modern day criminals and need to be stopped!

This is true, I am a former private contractor for Jumpers.

I have been in the Travel club business for over 15 years and have stayed away from the bogus companies who uses

bogus travel gifts that just don't work. 0% of the cruise packages and airline tickets have been fulfiled.

So, If you recieved anything by mail promising a FREE cruise and airfare, Throw it away!

It is FRAUD when a company like Jumpers uses a mail certificate promising a vacation they know won't be fulfilled. They only pay approximatly $35 - $50 for the vacation cert from Casablanca. The mail peice says it has a value of over $1800.

I think the owners of Jumpers should show an AUDIT to the trusting people who fall for their B.S. marketing.

Show the public how many people actually used the vacation offer. NOONE!

They claim to have been doing business legally in Minnasota, Kentucky, Indiana, and North Carolina.

When I checked with city officials in all 4 states, I was told that they never heard of Jumpers Travel Club or their Pueto rican Owners and had no record this company was doing business in their states.

justice.gov/contact-us is the US Attorney Generals office if this company promised you a cruise and airfare you never recieved.

The owners of Jumpers travel scam is knowingly providing these B.S. travel certs all around the country scaming americans everyday

Contact one of the offices if you recieved the same offer before you attend. Maybe the government will catch them!

False complaint is a HOAX by ex-employee

Based on a review of the complaint filed on this website, Jumpers has determined that the complaint was not filed by a customer or competitor, but rather, a disgruntled former employee who was terminated for good cause.  The online complaint is identical to the verbiage contained in a threat sent to Jumpers recently from said terminated employee, wherein the former employee expressed desire and intent to publish false written statements for the sole purpose of harming the reputation of Jumpers.

Jumpers adamantly contends that it complies with all local, state, and national laws and has not been found to violate any law or act unethically. At this time, Jumpers is proceeding with all legal remedies available, including a suit based in libel, against the former employee.
