Jungle MD ripoff cashed check and closed Scarboro Maine
I called the number given to me on the radio for "Carb Blockers". I placed my order and sent them a check. I was told that I would receive the product about 4-6 weeks after the check cleared. The check cleared on April 18th.
I waited and no product so I called the custumer service number given to me and was told by the rep. that there was no record of me anywhere on file. After doing some checking we realized that I was given the number to Ultra-Carb a totally different product and company. Finally I found the number for Jungle MD through my bank.
When I talked to a rep. there I was told the product was on back order and it would beshipped within 2 days. Of course another week later I called to verify that it was shipped and was told to call back in an hour to receive a tracking number.
That was the last time I spoke to a human. After that it was a recording with the c.s. hours. I found out they "closed their doors" and have had to write them letters attempting to get my $160.00 back. I highly doubt that's gonna happen.
