We, too, had shoddy work done at exhorbitant prices by Roger. Every item done on 2 properties has had to be redone, some as quickly as just one month later. He cost us an arm and a leg, and gave us grief when we tried to get him to make things right. Woodwork (gate, fence, exterior door) all still dragged or needed redone. Electrical work still needs redone because it wasn't done to code. (his company wasn't a state-licensed contractor so no permit was pulled) And other parts of the property were damaged during his attempt at 'repairs'.
Beware of this company. Don't let his big smile and assurances convince you; his attitude and temperament will quickly change.

Ms. Clevland purchased a home with a abundace of problems. She provided a list of these problem to us, with a priority of which items she wanted completed first. We provided a daily rate to complete the items that she had listed as a priority, of which we still have on file. The original Kitchen cabinets were rotted to the point mildew was growing inside the walls , the sink had leaked so long that the base cabinet was rotten completly thru. She stated that her bugeted was very limited . We provided option in kitchen cabinets from MILLS Pride. She approved these cabinets, the color, and style. We have this in writing and on file. She was attament that she wanted to order the cabinet counter top herself to save money. The Countertop installers installed the countertop incorrectly 2 times and damaged the cabinets and Her Sink in the process. We helped Christy with this and returned the damaged counter top to the vender for her at no charge. We supervised the final installtion of the countertop at no charge to her. The Wooden garage door was rotten and would not open all the the way. She wanted it replaced with a aluminum panel door. The replacment door was $1800 . The original Garage door opener was functional to a point that it would open the door halfway, but was antiquated. She requested that We replaced the garage door opener with the intent of installing the correct torsion springs that were originally broken when she purchased the house. When Christy refused to pay us for work that as approved and completed , we did not return to her home to complete the garage. The Real Estate agent that she purchased the home from also has a copy of all documents and agrees that Ms. Clevland was not exactly truthful about her account of the work and service we provided to her. This is also why HomeDepot has a open file on her for fraud. Ms. Cleveland has a history with not telling the exact truth. This is why the company that Hired her and Paid to move her from SEATTLE , terminated her employment shortly after here arrival. If anyone would like any copies of the documentation that I spoke of , please feel free to contact me and I will freey provide a copy to them. Ms. Cleveland also failed to mention that we found a $100 dollar bill in her yard shortly after we began to work for her. We contacted her to she if it was her's. It turned out that someone had owed her money , and they left it in here garage mailbox. When we opened the garage door it blew out into her yard. best regards Roger Tigner
