Steven Held at Just-Kids Learning Center upholds the the practice of providing misleading information on a child's IEP in support of FRAUD.
Cathy Cianfarano, Director of Children's Services of Just-Kids reviews and polishes each IEP with the goal od obtaining as many children as possible to receive private, state and county funding.
Susan Gerweck the chair person of the William Floyd School District preschool for special education steers as many families as possible to Just Kids, her long standing relationship with Steven Held dates back to when they were educators together in the William Floyd School District. The Just Kids Preschool site in Shirley, NY rest on the property of the William Floyd School District. Recently Steven Held accepted a new lease regarding his site in Shirley, Ny. Many parents of children with special needs receive recommendations from Susan Gerweck for their children to attend Just Kids without her informing the parents of a host of many other school available by county funding.

Steven Held, the Executive Director of Just Kids in Middle Island New York pays his WHORES, Danielle Gennaro, Cathy Cianfarano, Roseangela Lemma in stead of selling their personal parts of their body, altering childrens IEP's in order to receive additional funding from the County and State. The actions are no different than a prostitute working the street, these middle aged and above women make their daily living by maintaining an allegiance to Mr Held their Pimp at the welfare of the Children and Tax Payers. What a disgrace.
