Even K2Network have global service and say "we have Quality Customer Service (24/7 Multi-Lingual Support)", nobody can access Customer Service.
I have been playing Mu Online before K2 arrive. I have been playing this game for 4 years. K2 arrive last year. This game, now, are full of Hackers, ilegal tools, dupers, bug users, MM (Mu Master, K2 employers) friends and, EVEN, we report it to K2, we have ALWAYS same reply:
"Greetings userhere,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Without the aid of our fellow MUitzens, chaos and havoc may wreck upon the Continent of MU. Though we do have MMs to supervise the world, not all guardians can view the destruction from every angle. We would like to thank you for playing Global MU Online and helping us make the community stronger by joining us make a Utopian world.

I reported hackers (who use ilegal tools to take advantage against others users, in game or not - like keyloggers users to accounts and personal info), ilegal tools users and distribuitors (like Dritzil, Brazilian Mod who use and realease Spiff Launcher - he is like a K2 employer, since K2 give free virtual items - to be used in game - to mods), dupers (who use bug or others way to made ilegal virtual items in game - like Dritzil, who made adds +16 on his set, about 2 years ago, Wigle times, and K2 just restore his add after duper verification, even ALL OTHERS PLAYERS have they virtual items deleted), bug users (who use ingame bugs to take advantage against others users, like shadow bug, char bug or kundun bug), MM Friends (like char Barman and MM h4ppi - h4ppi give expansive items ingame to barman, its about U$20,000 in real life - or Dritzil and [MM]Hel - MM who restore shadow bug on Dritzil set).
After 2 years, all still same. I cant hold anymore. This is my first action: K2Network MUST CHANGE his values and RESPECT his own EULA and CUSTOMERS or we take down K2Networks.
