 I ordered a Casey Midway Latex Butt Lifter $34.99. After 14 days I received a $13 refund, when I inquired as to why, I got no response. I did receive a Valencia Boy Short, spandex not latex, wrong size according to information on tag. So I received a completely different styled product made of different material, valued by this company as $22, yet this same item is all over the Internet under $10. Looking at packaging knowing spandex vs. latex I already know there is absolutely no way this item would ever fit me. I sent an email, but as I never received a response to last one, I don't expect one this time. I called number online 813-989-0289 business hours listed m-sat 10 am to 6 pm, the phone rang forever and just ended. Called Charlotte number 980-299-1598 messaging not set up. This seems kinda strange, a store, two locations, no live body, no voicemail, very curious indeed. So I call yet another number on email for "customer service" 863-424-3494, first time rings forever and just stops. Called back second time, someone answers but doesn't speak just hangs up. Third time a charm? Phone rang, someone answered again and I could hear music playing in background but still no speaking. All of this leads me to start searching Internet for complaints which led me to this page. BBB of Florida has numerous complaints, this nonsense has been going on for quite some time; no product or inferior substitutions. People need to comment on these products being advertised on YouTube. I filed a complaint through PayPal. At this point I don't have high hopes that my complaint will be resolved. What I want is to return this piece of garbage unopened product, for full refund, including postage it will cost me to ship back.

 After being unable to get a response out of the owner of this business, TG I paid through PayPal. I filed dispute, no response from Kaotic. A person has option to escalate a dispute and let them make final decision. Bam! Company responds by sending an email, saying sorry for inconvenience, have 7 days from receipt of item to return. Keep in mind they had ignored my emails and calls for 3 days. Since I did not trust, I paid almost $10 for priority ship & signature required following day (Saturday.) to return. The company received and signed for return on Monday, no response, that was surprising. I contacted PayPal and gave them info with priority confirmation number. Thank goodness for PayPal, they sent me email that they had found in my favor and refunding my money. I went to YouTube and wrote a thumbs down and warning buyers to beware of this company's nonsense. Their response was what website and phone numbers? As though all these unsatisfied customers were not telling the truth. Here's a truth, this company is more concerned with their social media presence than resolving bad customer experience. Shame on them.
