Fraudulent real estate "guru", Karen Elaine Hanover, arrested by the FBI.

FBI issued a press release yesterday asking anyone who is a victim to Karen

Hanover or her Fast Track program or any of her bootcamp victims please

step forward and discuss the matter and file your complaint with them.

There is now a hotline set up for her and all her victims at

310-477-6565.

Karen Hanover's attorney and Karen claims that Karen only operated a

"service" and Karen claims that she was never going to partner with

anyone on deals. Karen's attorney can also face criminal charges for

knowingly supporting a fraud.

Karen Hanover made this reply comment because I am the one who originally exposed her scam. You can read this on my blog as noted in this topic thread.

The whoisduncanwierman.wordpress.com blog was shut down by my legal team since it was full of lies and she also violated copyright, trademark, and other items under the wordpress terms of service.

I am defending my students to help them get their money back.

I do not compete with Karen Hanover, as I do not teach commercial real estate. 

I am a real estate investor and educator who wants to clean up the guru industry of the hype. People like Karen Hanover are ruining the industry and is hurting many people by robbing them of their life savings, kids college funds, etc. She makes big promises, but simply does not deliver.  Her numerous lies are just to big to be left alone. She does not have the credentials as she states to even come close to providing a quality service.

Karen Hanover has a personal vendetta against me for bringing her to the attention of the authorities.

Please do your research before you invest in any real estate program.

KAREN HANOVER IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM ARTIST. Her bootcamps offer some good content, but it is all a front to get you to sign up for her mentoring program. She promises weekly phone calls, special online content, free access to resources on her web site, monthly assignment topics, personal access to her and her coaches, etc. SHE DELIVERS NOTHING!!!  I filed complaints to BBB and attorney generals office as well as dispute with credit card company. I had all the things she prented and communication log to prove that she was such a scam. I was lucky enough to get my money back for her coaching thing. Karen Hanover and her staffs never communicat fairly. Poeple, stay away from her!!!!! I wish I could know better finding the post like this earlier. I got my money back from coaching program, and only wish I also get my money back from bootcamp. I know that is a long shot, but I want people to be aware of this scam artist. It was such a hussle to fight back ang get my hard earned money! People, go to your local authorities, lawyers, BBB FTC, Attorney Generals
office consumer affairs in CA. We have to shut this scam artist down!

To all of you that feel you were scammed, contact your credit card company for a refund. If enough people ask for a refund that will help to stop future scams. She is either delusional or is Beyond FRAUD and screwing people means nothing and she thinks she is just gonna screw everyone and get a way with it.
