Karz is a thief car lot. My fiance and I got a car on 1/10/2017. First I asked for a car with a specific amount for a down payment. The sales rep Jason told me the "only car" with that amount I requested, was a blue chevrolet cobalt. As we were doing paperwork with Jason intrusting him not to be trying to screw us over. He went thru the paperwork just pointing and saying initial here ,sign here. He showed two pages with two types of insurance. One with liabilty and one with full coverage. We signed both under the impression we could choose either one. We talked with several different people and Flo being the one on finance. We told her we would get the full coverage. While on the phone with her she was already in the process of having our car repossessed. When we called back there was big mess and noone knows anything. If you are on the market for a car. Don't gp to Karz on garland rd in dallas texas.
