Debra, When a woman writes in a complaint about Kasamba, saying that she spent 4000+, well then it looks like she took a Gamble and was ripped-off by a bunch of terrorists! I can understand your reasoning for not wanting to make a connection about Kasamba and terrorists. I can also understand your reasoning for not wanting to make a connection about Kasamba and Gambling. All I have done and all I am doing is asking clients of Kasamba too ask these questions before spending their money with these crooks. What is wrong with asking where is my money going? Who is it going to? Who are the owners and officers of Kasamba? With the term 'Blood Diamonds' being used to explain how diamonds are funding Terrorists, Revolution and Civil War. With reports of 'Oil Revenue' being used to fund Terrorists and Terrorist Activities around the world and with reports of 'Internet Gambling' being used to fund Terrorists and Drugs, then my 'Question' is a 'Psychic Network' being used to fund Terrorist is not wild, nor is it out of line! You see, that is part of the problem, people don't stop and think about their actions. I think it is a shame that people don't think about the ramifications that their actions and choices have on other people and on our world! Where is my money going? Who is it going to? Who are the owners and officers of Kasamba and are they using my money for illegal activity? Is my money being used to fund Terrorists? How are my questions any different from your questions? 1. Can they bring your man back? 2. Can they make a female want to date you? 3. Can they make him or her call you? 4. Can they cure your terminal illness? 5. Can they find your car keys? 6. Can they read your dog's thoughts? 7. Can they keep your boss from firing you? Will the money I spend at Kasamba be used to buy Drugs? Will the money I spend at Kasamba be used to buy Cigarettes? Will the money I spend at Kasamba be used to kill someone? Will a Kasamba psychic Rip-off the customer?

I don't think Kasamba is tied up with gambling or other sites. Kasamba is a fraud site within its own right. More than likely the operators of the site operate other fraudulent sites, but I have no idea and can't, therefore, accuse them of terroist activity or illegal gambling. I am just tired of these people complaining about Kasamba and Keen. At some point, people have to realize that these sites are FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY: 1. They cannot bring your man back. 2. They cannot make a female want to date you. 3. They can't make him or her call you. 4. They can't cure your terminal illness. 5. They can't find your car keys. 6. They can't read your dog's thoughts. 7. They can't keep your boss from firing you. Once the public realizes this, Kasamba will lose all of its customers and then people will not complain about them anymore. As it stands, if Kasamba cheats you out of your money: 1. Contact paypal 2. Contact your credit card company 3. Contact your bank 4. Then hold your breath and hope you get your money back. As for Kasamba's address, until late last year, this was the address of Kasamba: 1901 60th Place Bradenton Florida 34203 In many of the disputes on this site among the experts, most of them stated that they did not know who they were working for and could not reach them for assistance. One woman even stated she gave them her social security number, driver's license number, and credit card number and they refused to contact her about whether she had been selected as a "psychic." My question to readers: What does your 1099 or W-2 state? Are you all stating that these people are not sending you tax documents so that you can pay taxes on your income? What is the company name and address listed on your tax form?

Additional Information! For the record, I don't gamble online! Never have and never will. Avi Goldman owns a bunch of Internet Gambling sites and for some reason, he would send me spam. I had to file complaints with the Canadian Gaming Commission to get this guy to stop! A lot of the spam he sent had viruses and I just got tired of his Cr@@! At the time, I was the only person who spotted that this liar had setup his own watchdog group for the Casino's he owned. Google Egaming Commission! You will notice that people say it is a fake watchdog group. Well of course it is a fake group, I knew that back in 2002. Avi Goldman owns it! Now Avi was sued by Microsoft: MICROSOFT VS WINDOWS CASINO 29 August 2003 Avi Goldman named in legal action Avi Goldman (understood to be an Israeli businessman and the head honcho at the ADLM Got2bet public company) is apparently being sued by Microsoft on a brand infringement over the RTG-powered Windows Casino.com. The conventional wisdom was that the elusive and East European based Tony Friedman (who is reported to have business links with Goldman) was the owner of the domain. So my question is: Are the owners of Kasamba connected with Avi Goldman?

Debra, According to Kathleen, around November of 2006 Kasamba decided to make their business legitimate they decided to get a basic business license and start to comply with our country's tax laws! So my question is, Did they E-mail this explanation to all of their Experts' and ask for Social Security Cards, Copy of a photo ID, Birth Certificate, and/or Passport as required by US Employment Laws.' My concern is, Were the Experts' conned into giving out Social Security Numbers and a photocopy of a birth certificate which as a rule, would have a mothers maiden name on it! Think about it, this is a business that protects its address from the public, including the Experts.' This is a business that doesn't have an address or a real phone number. This is a business that doesn't have a legitimate refund policy for its customers. This is a business that has a growing number of complaints from clients who state they were defrauded of their money. This is a business that does not name its owners or officers and they just went legitimate about six months ago and needed everyone's Social Security Numbers for IRS purposes! Prediction: The Experts at Kasamba will receive an in-house note from Kasamba management informing them of a massive computer break-in by computer hackers. It will state words to the affect, we don't believe that personal information was compromised, but checking ones credit report for fraud is advised or words to that affect! Prediction: If this happens nobody will think to tell the client to watch their credit card for fraud! Now this may seem wild to some, but, today the Rip-off Report recorded complaint #60 about Kasamba and it reads: Kasamba... 1) I have a balance on my Kasamba account and have requested numerous time for a refund. Kasamba does not respond to my requests for a refund. They will not give me my money back. I have made six refund requests for this issue. 2) Their experts are dishonest. I was working with one expert for about the last 3 months. In that time, four other people have posted their names and pictures on the same account. Per Kasamba guidelines, each account is to belong to one person only. Ex: The same account had the following names attached to it at one point or another in the last two months: Psychic Sharona Dave, Maggie, Psychic Kenny Schmick, Psychic Kat, and now Psychic Love Emperor. 3) I paid $4000+ to one expert. She did not do the work promised and I did not get what was promised. She took my money and ran. At one point, she blocked me from being able to talk to her in chat and in email. She then blamed it on a "technical issue by Kasamba." It was not a tech. issue. She did this on her own. She is a fraud...fake. See #2 above to see who I am referring to. This same expert promised to give me a $2000 refund over a month ago. She lied and did not give me a refund; not even once cent. When contacting Kasamba's support department, they ask for details and then you never hear back from them. 4) Kasamba might have some experts on there that are legitimate, but there is no way of knowing which ones are. Kasamba lets anybody off the street sign up and "claim" they have credentials. Marcia Renton, Washington Debra, Take a look at 4), I think Marcia brings up a very good point that I have been meaning to address. I think the Kasamba owners are the same ones who run a Internet Gambling ring... Poker, Black-Jack and other card games. Now what he did is setup his very own certification company that... "Ensures its Members are Legitimate." "You can gamble safely with us because we are members in good standing with Better Gamblers Bureau... or what ever they called it. The point is he created his own independent ethics/watchdog group. In fact: I still have the persons name... Avi Goldman---setup his own regulatory company called E Gaming Commission... what a liar. What a fraud. What a con artist! In fact: He ran his company is/was through an ISP company (with a very poor rating) called... Verio Inc. 8005 S Chester #200 Englewood, CO 80112 Avi Goldman is based out of Israel! What would you like to bet that the Kasamba Certifications are all in-house and were made up by the owners as a way to deceive and con the clients? Hang on Debra... I am having another vision... I see fraud with Kasamba's Certification!

To find out about Kasamba, go to Google and type Kasamba Israel You will get all types of articles IN ISRAEL about the company being an innovator in website development. As for Kathleen's claim that Kasamba is no longer in Israel, here is a blog post dated in April of 2007: _____________ "My bank called me to say a company in Israel was trying to charge over $800 to my credit card. It was Kasamba.com. I used one of the experts there several times. I thought he was genuine and I still do. However, whoever is taking care of business in the background is not trustworthy. Comment by Clara April 17, 2007 @ 2:17 am " _____________ I have no idea who the blogger is, but they posted on a blog about Kasamba. You can find the post doing a google search. In my original post, I also neglected to give this information: 1. Kasamba erases negative ratings of readers the owners feel are in jeopardy of leaving their site (Remember, Kasamba makes money off the readers). To circumvent this, you have to wait a week or two to post. For some reason, if you wait to post yur comment, the comment ALWAYS shows up. If you post it right after the reading, it may or may not show up. I believe they review instant ratings but not ratings made later. 2. The Kasamba readers share information about the clients among each other. I did not know this, but after reading several "psychic" disputes on this site, it was disclosed that they were indeed sharing client information among each other. 3. The readers look at YOUR FEEDBACK to decide if they want to give you a reading. One reader told me that she refused to give me a reading because she saw all of my feedback I had left for other readers. 4. The readers who charge over $4.00 a minute are no more real than the ones that charge less than $4.00 a minute. The higher dollar readers have just perfected their "fake" craft and know how to get a positive rating. For instance, a caller calls in and asks about "John." The reader asks if John is a friend or relative or whatever. You state John is a friend you work with. The reader immediately tells you that John likes you. You have been wanting to hear this information so you give the reader a positive feedback. The readers go off your questions to give you a reading. To determine if a reader is "real" and I use that term loosely--ask him about a relative. Say, I am calling because of my relationship with John. If the reader states John likes you, you immediately state but John is my brother. See, how the reader gets out of it. I think there are people CURSED with the gift of sight. These people hate their gift and NEVER would go on an internet site to exploit people. In fact, most of these people refuse to give people "readings." The fact that Kasamba people are so willing to do this is a strong indication that they are not psychic.

Debra, Thank you for taking the time to look up that information. What you have posted just shows how fraudulent Kasamba really is! First, don't pay any attention to the Kasamba employee who claims to be an RN and goes by the name of Kathleen. Yesterday, the so called Registered Nurse Kathleen claimed she didn't know anything about the company she worked for. Now suddenly, she posts that she knows all about Kasamba! Debra, read Kathleen's post again and then do me a favor I would like you to Google the address for Kasamba that you posted. Just Google the street address, street name, city and State! For example: Google 14525 SW Millikan Way Beaverton, Oregon 97005-2343 Then Google 14525 SW Millikan Way, Beaverton, Oregon Then Google 14525 SW Millikan Way Debra, RCM stands for Remote Control Mail and 14525 SW Millikan Way Beaverton, Oregon 97005-2343 is not Kasamba's real address! In other words, Kathleen has no idea as to who she is working for!

As it hasn't been brought to anyones attention. kasamba.com is owned by two people in isreal, however they have maintained a permanent office in Bradenton Fl. and now also in Beaverton Oregon. In November of 2006 they turned head office over and did legitimize the company into a US company. Having had their main bank out of New York and most of their experts from the US they were in violation of US tax laws and had to either drop all US experts or Start paying taxes on them. So what they did is legitimize the company getting a US business license and All experts are now required to send tax details using either the W-9 or W-8BEN forms, depending upon your tax status. IF they were an Israeli company they would not have to do this.
