The companies listed are all owned by the same LivePerson.com

Kasamba.com LivePerson.com This company fraudulently charges customers for experts and does not pay the professional.

As a former adviser on Kasamba.com, all was ok until they removed all listings. I was carefully scrutinized and told to change my listing my photo, my name and to verify that I would be providing professional services as I stated in my application on Kasamba.com .

My account was approved and though I only had 4 paid text conversations, I was soon banned and the company said I was providing ADULT Oriented Services. I was then kicked off & so were all my listings in the health category - hypocrites!

I am still banned and the company has not responded to my email or my phone calls and they have not paid me for the 3 hours of service I provided to their customers THOUGH THEY CHARGE THEIR CLIENTS CREDIT CARDS

I am a University & Masters prepared, State Licensed, board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (not a self appointed Personal Stylist, Life Coach or Psychic - of whom they have an odd bunch)

According to the administration, I was providing ADULT Oriented Services - I am the expert - not the admin staff.

They are scammers and hypocrites and would not return my calls, or return the remaining money I made on their service!

Master's Prepared Evidence Based

Thank you for your comments.  What I find interesting especially, are the long diatribes about how to construct a sentence.  That is not what my comment was about.

I do not need to construct or prove my ability to form sentences for self appointed "expert" psychics, nor do I look down on anyone who chooses not to obtain formal education. Maybe YOU should look UP rather than accuse me of looking DOWN (touche)!

I operate on an evidence based system of diagnosis and formulate a plan of care / evaluation accordingly. It's what I am trained to do.

When admin links into a conversation with me and my client, that is unethical. When they misunderstand the context of a closed conversation and penalize the provider, they risk ruining the relationship of trust they could develop with all their stakeholders.

No I did not violate terms of the agreement.

Yes the fraudulent activity at Kasamba.com and LivePerson.com willl continue.

Carry on....

I dont know why he is so interested in me personally unless he is switching to boys from girls...I did quit Liveperson, perv, but if you understand english...and I am not sure you do all that well as you seem pretty simple minded and one tracked...they are screwing this reader over just like they screw everyone...clients and experts alike. I know thats a little much for your tiny pea brain to get,but try,and for gods sake, stop stalking me all over the damned internet.

For those who dont know,Mr Psycho is a former client who LP seems to adore, even after finding out he is a pervert pedophile who is stalking a young girl...and apparently me too. They banned him under several different names, but after he kept coming back, they just let him keep coming, showing why LP is the piss poor site it is. They care more about the 10 dollars he wont spend as they do about the clients and experts on the site who work to earn the money there.

Mr Psycho also cant seem to remember that this has nothing to do with me,and since he or she neither knows me or anything maybe for once he/she should just shut up and let people who arent as obviously 'psycho' discuss this matter.

I have been on this site trying to help clients, just like I always have, and for some reason certain people...like Mr Psycho here...think thats a bad thing. Maybe he thinks its funny to hear the horror stories from clients who talk about experts and Liveperson ripping them off,but I dont....but then I am not a sex pervert either, like he/she is.

Erik (robin bluedragon) at first you told us that you quit liveperson on your own terms. Now you seem agree after liveperson because they do what they want with their experts they have and you don't matter to them.

Could it be that they terminated your account instead of you quitting on your own terms and now you are agree after the site and want to drive customers away from the site as a way to get back to them. Maybe they got tired of a grow-up man trying to take control of a website. A guy who opened multiple yahoo accounts to send treats to other advisors on the site.

Your claims that all middle esteerns are terroists are stupid and laughable and is borderline bigotry. by the way a lot of ancients Kasamba Uptopia experts are still on Liveperson such as Katrine, psychic Emily rose,Melodie. Those were top notch experts they can't be scammer now.

The way Liveperson treated this person is just like they do....unless you are scamming alot and then they will defend you and protect you.  Calling them out on things isnt going to get you anywhere, because they dont feel they have to answer to you, clients or anyone else. LP is the most selfish, money grubbing place I have seen this side of Miss Cleo...and Cleo had a better personality!

If you are a client, then I would avoid this site. There are some good people who do the readings on it,but many are frauds and scammers and will just take your money with a slap on the back from the administration of Liveperson. ANY middle eastern person on the site is a fraud, and likely a terrorist or terrorist supporter.

There are better sites, where people dont get robbed constantly, and where a clients concerns about things like that are heard and actually matter. Complain about getting ripped off to Liveperson and you may as well just be complaining to yourself...they do NOT CARE IF PEOPLE LIE, CHEAT, SCAM OR ANYTHING ELSE as long as they are bringing in LP's cut of nearly 50%....

Don't Make Assumptions That You Aren't 100% Sure Are True

I understand you frustration about getting terminated. I'm not going to delve into, or make assumptions on why you were kicked off. But I do have a problem with this statement you made.

"I am a University & Master's prepared, State Licensed, board certified Family Nurse Practitioner ( not a self appointed Personal Stylist, Life Coach or Psychic- of whom they have an odd  bunch).

Okay first of all, you should have ended that sentence with some form of punctuation other than a parentheses. Sorry I'm picky, but I'm a web content writer, in addition to being a tarot reader. According to page 288 of The Ashford University Custom Edition of The Little Brown Handbook. You put a period after the parentheses if you are ending a complete sentence.

Now that I have that out of the way, obviously I'm going to college, and have been to college. This is the story of many of the self-appointed Personal Stylists, Life Coaches, and Psychics.

Personal Stylists usually start this career by experiential education, and also training classes as well. If they are hair stylists, they often to go to beauty colleges or even vocational training courses. I'm in the United States, and a hair stylist will not get a job if they haven't completed a course at our local joint vocational school, which is the last 2 years of high school or at a beauty college which is also a 2 year program. Now I know that 2 years is no where near the time you spent getting your undergraduate and post graduate degree, but being a stylist doesn't require the same amount of expertise, I think there's a difference. You couldn't get a job in the area of Ohio in the states I live without having completed a course, and I think there's even a certification you have to get also. As long as they are pleasing their clients with the work provided it's fine.

One thing about Life Coaching that's very interesting, is the various backgrounds a life coach comes from. Some Life Coaches take a simple seminar, usually a year, with practicum time to be certified. Again there is a certification there, and work required, but nowhere near the education that a nurse practitioner needs. However there are people like a fellow church member that I know, Dr. George O. Schultz, Ph.D who practices in Ohio, that not only has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and 25 years of experience, but also is a Certified Life Coach. So he has 4 more years of college than you do. If he were on Liveperson, he would have higher credentials than you would. I'm sure individuals that get certified as a life coach don't always have that education, but he's spent years getting an undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate degree. I'm sure he's State Licensed, and Board Certified in Clinical Psychology.

Now I'm just an undergraduate, but I've learned already when writing a paper or an article for work, not to include facts that I don't know are true. In fact one of my work guidelines that I have to follow states, "Does your perspective seem notably biased or skewed? Support any biases with well-reasoned statments of fact. If you can not, removed them." The guidelines also tell me to answer the question, "Does the article make questionable claims." My work guidelines are the same as my college guidelines for turning in a paper. It just seems like your report has a few questionable claims, since you don't know the full story of all your colleagues on Liveperson.

Now onto the Spirituality and Religion Cluster, which I am in. I am a tarot reader as well as a web content writer. I may not have an undergraduate and graduate degree like you do. However, there are experts in that section, that do have Psychology degrees up to a Doctorate, this was discussed in one of the psychic bashing threads a few months ago. In that particular thread, Spirituality and Religion Experts shared the education they had, and why they don't list it. Some reasons for not listing their education included, it not pertaining to what they do, and not wanting the Licensing Board, or University that they received the degree from to know, because of the stigma of being a psychic. These are people that talked about defending their thesis, doing up to 2 years of unpaid internships to get their degrees. The common degrees held are a Master's of Divinity, and sometimes a Ph.D in Psychology. Some people just have an undergraduate degree in Psychology. Doing a psychic reading usually requires some knowledge of counseling, and we do refer people to the counseling section when it's needed by the client.

There are undoubtedly experts in the Spirituality and Religion category that have no University education, but they have years of experiential education. Using myself as an example, I have read and studied tarot for 10 years. I have over 20 books on the subject. I have taught people how, and designed a curriculum to do so. I have a tarot certification as an instructor, while it's not given by a state governing body. It is granted by a group of individuals that take tarot seriously that have an ethics code. I am able to critically review different tarot decks, and relate it to different paradigms, like numerology, astrology, kabbalah, and the tree of life to name a few. When I give some one a reading, I have every right to charge. If there was a graduate major in tarot reading, I would have it. If there was a doctorate in tarot, I would have it. There are people on there like Pandit Dakshinamoorthi who has gotten the title of Vidya Bachaspati, which is a very prestigious title for a Vedic Astrologer, that people in India take very seriously.

I know it's easy to assume that just because you have a graduate degree, and are state licensed and board certified, that means you can look down on those that may have experiential education rather than formal. I realize that you have put in a lot of hard work, and many hours that you think a "self-appointed" expert hasn't. Unless, you know the background for each of the thousands of experts on there, you can't say for sure. I would suggest that when you do a report in the future, that you show that you have an education, by writing statements that have merit and are well-reasoned, rather than just making assumptions. I don't know why Liveperson removed you, but just like I don't know your situation, you don't mine or any of the situations of other experts on there either. I do wish you success in your career.

Well clearly you violated the terms of use if Kasamba found the service you were providing grounds for removal! TRUST me Kasamba do NOT remove experts 'willy nilly' it takes something pretty major to get the boot from Kasamba. You are not an independant employee of Kasamba. In regards to payment, did you make over your minmum payment amount, because if you did not then you will not receive your earnings.
