This is a copy that was sent to the company over a month and a half ago. Subsequent e-mails for refunds have gone unanswered; as has the original correspondence. The contact person's name is Erica Miller. My order # is 709605

Please cancel my membership. I've used your tutorials and still cannot download any songs. Also, my original membership attempt did not include downloading movies. Only when you requested that I re-enter my card # did it "add" the movie cost ($10.00) Not only has there been problems connecting to your site but my I-tunes for my I-Pod will not transfer new music downloads from my I-tunes library. This whole program of yours is user intensive, disruptive to other music programs and a tremendous waste of valuable time. I am patiently waiting for your return response. If none is forth-comming in a timely manner, I will forward a copy of this to the Maryland BBB. Please respond to this e-mail address since I will no longer have your software on my computer.
