KDS Property Services And Nomad Preservation Nomad They are rip-offs, while going on trips to Alaska, driving Mercedes...all the while we are losing our homes, cars, etc...and making them rich!! Rowlett, Texas
I have experience with KDS; both in the accounting office and as one of their contractors. My advice to anyone, is to stay away from these people.
My understanding is that Sheri and JB are starting another company in the Ft. Worth area...so...contractors beware!
At one time, it was my job to pay contractors...I will get their pay ready, turn it in and be told to cut their pay...with me knowing all the while that we had the money to pay them...and at the same time, I was the one who they had to talk to when they were about to be foreclosed on (Countrywide) and all the while JB and Sheri are telling them that they aren't getting paid...sorry...and, needless to say, Countrywide was paying them.
I to, left them...with them owing me thousands of dollars!!!
Everyone kept saying how great the new ones would be...ie...Sam, Chet, Keith, etc.
As we all know, not much has gotten better.
