These BASTARDS froze my account because I had used their service too much. In order to verify that I was the owner of my credit card, they demanded a signed affadavit AND a copy of my Driver's License AND a copy of my Social Secuirity Card AND copies of the front and back of my Mastercard. AND ALL I HAD DONE WAS USE THEIR SERVICE FOR THREE MONTHS AND PAY ALL OF MY CREDIT CARD BILLS. I called my attorney and my bank. NO WAY WAS KEEN GOING TO GET ALL THAT INFORMATION!! So, you know what these filty little f@#&*! did?

They credited the most recent charges back to my Mastercard account and TURNED ME OVER TO COLLECTIONS!

IT GETS WORSE.

I tried to contact them 15 times. No reply. My attorney wrote them 3 letters. No Reply. My bank's fraud division wrote them 3 letters. No Reply.

So, I JOINED LIVE ADVICE.COM and found a new advisor. Well, of course, KEEN blocked me off Live Advice when it came to May 8th. They also FU@*%# ME OUT OF $200 in membership bonus money that I was due, according to my Membership contract with Live Advice. Fortunately, my advisor let me pay her off KEEN. AS THEY ALL SHOULD.

IT GETS WORSE.

My sister-in-law (same last name) got kicked off KEEN.COM the same way BECAUSE SHE WAS RELATED TO ME. This was according to MITCH, the "head" of trust and safety at Keen.com. SHE EVEN TAPED THE PHONE CALL. If anyone wants to hear it, contact her at CLICK here to see why we deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.

I am sure that Keen.com charged my poor advisors (Steven C., mostly) back for the money that they refuded to me even though I was willing to pay them. WHY THIS GUY WASTES HIS TIME ON KEEN IS A MYSTERY TO EVERYONE. He and Brooke should just take calls through their website.

IF ANYONE WANTS TO GET TOGETHER TO SUE THESE PRICKS, COUNT US IN! WE'LL BE THERE WITH LETTERS, ATTORNEY LETTERS, EMAILS, BANK LETTERS AND COLLECTION AGENCY LETTERS AND PHONE CALL TAPES.

AND IF SOMEBODY COULD GET A MESSAGE TO STEVEN C. - PLEASE TELL HIM WHAT HAPPENED AND THAT WE HOPE HE WASN'T SCREWED OUT OF HIS MONEY. IF HE'LL CONTACT ME, I'LL SEND HIM A MONEY ORDER FOR HIS FEES! BUT KEEN AIN'T GETTING A FU@#$%* PENNY.

It is good to know you got your refund, if this is even a real report. This is a really different one. It is completely illogical to here of any place of business, terminating someones membership because they use it too much. I suppose at an all-you-can-eat-buffet, someone could get kicked out for emptying half the salad bar, into their stomach. Chat room Hosts don't like Users who monopolize the room, not giving anyone a chance to speak. This is perplexing, because no where in their policy do they set a guideline for maximun/minimum usage. Although they do specify Keen.com is limited, and can cancel anyones membership at any time, with no warning or explanation. This is not uncommon,in sites of this nature. Still, I am really curious about how-much-is-too-much. It also did not make sense that your sister in law got suspended as well. If you ever get a detailed reason out of them, it would be interesting to hear. It sounds like you have the situation under control. I wouldn't say you were "ripped-off", because you did get a refund, for an unspecified amount, and now have use of another service, but they still didn't need to treat you that way.
